Great company, product and service
I didn't extensive, days of online research on water filters. Since this is something that you will be using every single day, and something that you are consuming, putting into your body, it's an extremely important decision.
I narrowed it down to two different filters, and finally decided on cloud. Before I ordered, I had a couple of questions that were very important. I emailed Customer Service and not only did I get a response back fairly quickly, it came from one of the co-owners of the company. She gave me detailed information and was very courteous and friendly as well. I then had a follow up question and she once again responded quickly. This confirmed my decision that this was a company to be trusted, that had good intentions about developing quality products.
I then ordered their cloud filter, and have installed it. The process was about as easy as could be when attaching something to your sink's water supply. I was pleased at how straightforward and direct the instructions were. We've had another water filter system before and I had to hire someone to do it.
The water tastes fresh and I'm pleased with it, definitely better than my last one. I like the fact that it comes with an app that tells you about the filters that has indicators so you know when to replace them. The system itself actually looks quite pleasing to the eye under the sink - other filter systems tend to look clunky. I suspect the aesthetic design is partially a result that one of the coowners is a woman (not that all women are necessarily good at this, but I don't think it is a coincidence).
Overall, I'm very glad I made this purchase. I look forward to re-ordering supplies in the future.
PS, I got lucky, because I purchased it around Thanksgiving and they had a sales special that reduced the price temporarily by approximately 25%. Considering that this is usually $750, it really(!) helped.
