A support team member reached out and resolved my issue (thank you, Emma). It is a shame that the only way to get a prompt response is to leave a review. I hope CloudTalk fixes their lack of communication.
I have added an extra star for the swift damage-control response, but my overall support experience is still not good. Hope it gets better going forward.

Signed up late last year. Had a great experience, but then something happened.
For the last 3 days I have had an issue where I have been locked out of the account. This company is impossible to get in contact with even though I have tried multiple emails and the “Ai receptionist” that created a “high priority” ticket for me which I haven’t heard back from.
I was initially very happy with CloudTalk but the fact that I have not been able to get to talk to a human to solve a minor error is incredibly frustrating. I feel like this is the minimum expectation to deal with a decent company.
When I finally got a response they didn’t even read my email and just closed my ticket with “seems like your trial is up” even though I have been a paying customer since late last year.
The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the platform has been working well in the time that I have been using it.
But due to the non existent support they don’t deserve a better rating. And if this continues I’m going to update it to 1 star.
Also if they tell me to reach out to support like they have with all other 1-2 star reviews I’m going to laugh because that is exactly what I have been trying to do for days now without luck.
If you are looking for a platform where you can get in touch with a support team I’ll advise against using Cloudtalk and find someone else.

Wwasn’t able to activate account because the link provided directed to a 404 error page. I contacted support@ 2x and didn’t receive any response for over 1 WEEK.
The "consultant" assigned to my account wasn’t helpful and simply told me to email support, even after I explained that I had already reached out twice. After that, I didn’t hear back from them at all after asking another q. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, even before I had the chance to test the platform.

Unfortunately, my experience with CloudTalk has been very frustrating. The process was extremely slow, and there was a clear lack of complete and transparent information from the beginning.
Several important details were not explained upfront, which led to unexpected costs appearing later in indirect ways. This lack of clarity made planning very difficult and created unnecessary stress for our business operations.
For a service provider in this field, transparency and efficiency are essential. Sadly, both were lacking in my experience. I hope they seriously improve their communication, speed, and pricing clarity in the future.
