Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable and Unprofessional

Our experience with Cloudplease has been extremely poor. We faced constant delays, unresponsiveness, and incomplete work. Communications were inconsistent, and we often waited weeks, sometimes months for replies or updates.

On her last day, their lead developer informed us that everything was moved to production and asked us to review it, then immediately became unreachable. The handover was abrupt, and her replacement didn’t show up for a scheduled meeting or respond afterward.

The lack of professionalism and accountability has left us with unresolved issues and no support. We would strongly advise others to think twice before working with Cloudplease, especially for critical projects.
