We'd like to clarify that our pillows are intentionally designed so that a separate pillowcase isn't necessary. The outer cover is removable and washable, and sleeping directly on it allows the pillow to keep its intended flexibility and comfort. Using a tight pillowcase can indeed make the pillow feel firmer, as you've described.
Sleep comfort is very personal, which is why we offer 100 nights to try the pillow at home. We find it a shame that this issue leads to a 3-star rating, as our service and trial period are designed to give you plenty of time to decide if the pillow truly suits you.

This company will not refund you
This company will not refund you!
Do not buy! The return process is set up to fail with error messages about labels, when you finally manage to do a label and send the pillow back they say they will refund you when they receive it, but still not refunded! They should refund you as soon as. It shows on system that you have returned it, NOT when they get it back in warehouse. Appaling! They never answer calls just put you on hold, i waited 45 minutes and gave up! What kind of shambolic company is this!?

I do not sleep very well and this pillow has made no difference whatsoever.
However it is very comfortable but it is best to experiment with the amount of filling you take out.
It has taken me 4 nights to get it right but now it is lovely
and comfortable.
It is a quality pillow although expensive I should say it is
worth the money but time will tell.

Previously bought one of their pillows and had been procrastinating about buying one of their duvets for a while but so pleased that I actually did.
It's wonderfully toasty without being too hot. No more hot water bottle for me of a night.
