It is worth every cent
I love the idea that you can remove (or leave as is) some of the stuffing to make the pillow more suitable for yourself. It is flexible to your needs, even as they may change. I followed the suggestion in the manual and it worked really well - finally having a good nights sleep again. I have been struggling for 4 years to find a good pillow. I am glad I spent the money on Cloudpillo.

Too firm/hard
For me the pillow was far too hard/firm. Don’t get me wrong this might suit other people just not me. And I also found it quite lumpy in places because of the filling inside the pillow.

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. My experience has been incredibly frustrating due to inconsistent and incorrect information from multiple employees, and they even blamed their bot at one point. Each time I email, I seem to receive responses from different people, and on more than one occasion, I’ve even had two separate representatives reply to the same email with conflicting (and incorrect) information.
Initially, I was told the items I wanted were out of stock, only to be informed by someone else that they were available. I then had to point out a glitch on their website stating that the item couldn’t be delivered to the UK. After that, I was told they could manually process the order and send me an invoice. I confirmed the items and provided my delivery details, but it has now been three days without any response and about two weeks of back and forth.
Overall, the lack of clear communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing, especially as I was genuinely looking forward to trying their pillows especially because my shoulders is crying out for some new good pillows but after all the back and fourth I don't even know if I trust to give them my money.

Love it, really comfy! I had to take a lot of the filling out to make it comfortable for me, but after a couple of nights it was perfect. The cold side is a game changer.

Great versatile pillow
Great versatile pillow. I love the soft outer. I use mine with the memory foam section underneath separate to the main pillow as this is perfect for me. So
I guess it is now two pillows! This way I can fit a normal pillowcase on both sections. One week in and I love it! Sooo comfy.

AVOID unless you're certain you're going to like it.
I purchased a pillow but unfortunately don't get on with it. I have tried to return the pillow via the company's returns policy on 22nd January. I am very dissatisfied as it seems I am still waiting for reply and have run out of the time frame in which to get a refund. I already left a review to which the company replied 'keep a check on your spam folder' Still no response in any folder! Unless you are sure this is the pillow for you....AVOID otherwise you end up with a very expensive waste of money.

I like the way you can vary softness
I like the way you can vary softness. Ive only had it 2 weeks and the pillow feels great and ive had better sleep. I put it in a pillow case, but I notice the advert shows sleeping just on the cover. A great produce delivered within 2 weeks of ordering

Cloudpillo has good products
The Cloudpillo is great. I've bought the Cloudpillo Cooling deken and the Cloudpillo Plus.
The hardness of theCloudpillo plus is easy to adjust. Even with an apneu mask, this pillow is great to sleep on.
I tend to get hot easily in both summer and winter, and the Cool Blanket keeps my temperature just right. I no longer have sleepless nights. Personally I am more than satisfied with Cloudpillo (and I've tested quite a few other products in the meantime).
If Cloudpillo is looking for testers for mattresses and toppers, among other things, I am definitely a candidate!
