The customer service is second to none! Generally, orders are shipped within 24 hrs. Any problems, queries, feedback ... just drop Nathan and his team a mail and you will be presented with an adequate solution in no time.
And it's the little extras like friendly, handwritten greetings on your invoice, cute stickers that will make you smile and lovingly chosen freebies with your orders that make a huge difference!
Not to mention the fact that the juices are top notch quality for affordable prices.

Very Slow Delivery
I love the ejuice and its the only place I buy it from. But the delivery times to the UK are awful. Im sure its not the companies fault but its my only gripe.

Great quality and Service
Been ordering for quite a while now from pre-mixed to DIY bases & flavors. Never been disappointed with the quality and or service (these people are vapers themselves), so they know what they are selling and stand by it. The pricing is very good for the quality you get. I sub ohm quite alot so going through 15ml of juice on a daily basis.
