Great clothes, awful customer service!
Have ordered from the site before and never had any problems. Quality of the items is superb. However this time one of the t shirts ordered had two significant stains on it when it arrived, which is disappointing, but these things happen. My customer service experience since though has been woeful. Sent two emails to the correct address but got no response so reached out on Instagram messages. Was responded to very quickly, advising I’d be sent an email the following day. Since then have replied to that email twice and had nothing back, and sent two Instagram messages, also ignored! Always want to be supportive of smaller businesses but to just ignore issues and give woeful quality of service when a mistake is made is hugely disappointing

New Brand. Watch out clothing world!
First of i was amazed at the quality of the clothing it feels so lush on the skin and fits perfectly- gives me great shape almost like it was tailored for me. Unbelievable value for money. Designer hoodie for only £90. Omg watch this brand fly!
