The team at Cloudboxie do deliver good quality support. It can occasionally be little patchy but it gets there. So why the 5-Stars?
Well the service is 1st class! It's super-quick, the box is well configured and upload speeds are solid.
So aside from my nitpicking, these guys have the best platform going. For sure!
I bought 3 months of service expecting that it was going to be an upgrade from my previous service provider. The so-called "10 Gbit" is not true from my experience as I was only able to achieve 1.6mbps to 2.0mbps while offloading from the server considering that I am on gigabit internet. Otherwise, the pricing structure is a joke starting at 15 euros per month and I would advise anyone looking to save your money and effort and find a different seedbox provider.

This a multi factor issue that we can't always control but only offer different tools to overcome it. We provide easy re-routing functionality so that you can re-route traffic for better download transfer to your home ip or you may use the free CDN feature on File Browser or Cloud Commander apps, which is a 1 click Cloudflare proxy that may speed up your transfer rates. Do note that our Servers are located in Netherlands, so if you are on a remote to Netherlands region, then might be an ISP bad peering to Netherlands that is out of our control. Feel free to create a support ticket and talk with our team for assistance in order to try find a resolution on your low download transfer rates to your place.
