I bought two beds from them through Wowcher. Within an hour I had been offered beds and decided to cancel, as is the right under Consumer Contract Act. They operate only from a Gmail address and give a expected response of 48hours.

I sent an email to cancel and didnt receieve any response. I assumed that cancellation had just been processed and they were poor communicators.

A week later i recieve several text messages saying my beds would be delivered in 3 days time. I replied to the text messages telling them not to deliver and i had cancelled. No response.

I was out of the property, because i was between homes and working away, when my landlord rang me and said that two beds had been dumped outside the property. I rang the number of the delivery company and recieved no response.

I contacted Wowcher who set up a case and started communication with the company. They said I was responsible for return of the product, a product which should have never been delivered in the first place. So, at great expense I delivered it personally.

On arrival at what I can only describe (in polite terms) as chaos, i was met by a man who continually called me bro, and asked him what the process of return was. He instructed me to put the beds in the warehouse and said he would tell 'customer service', and to take photos of it. He sent a whatsapp message with my details on.

The company are now stating that they havent recieved the product and I should have been given something. My reply is always that i followed as instructed and i require a refund. I'm in a circular arguement between this company and wowcher for return of £500.

Please, please, please, do not fall into a trap of buying anything from this company. Companies House records clearly show it closes and starts up again on a regular basis, their product sits outside in places, their product is poor quality and i'm glad i didnt have to use it at least.

Its a shame that Trustpilot doesnt allow minus stars, because thats what they would get.

So it’s been over 2 weeks trying to deal with the clowns that run this company. Their products are borderline dangerous, just google (cloud 9yn) and all I get is that it’s my fault the bed was delivered damaged under the cover of darkness. Not willing to help and keep replying after 4 days with the same saved response. Do not suffer the frustration I have by buying from them or via Wowcher. If there was zero stars that’s what I would have selected.

Disgusting company who scam people out of thier hard earned money. Disgusting mattresses and beds not fit for purpose and dangerous. They do not care. They continue to rip people off and change the company name every time. No product amd still fighting for refund 5 weeks down the line going round in circles with them and wowcher DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY VIA VOUCHER. I will continue to tell everyone about your conpany. I have given you a final tine limit to refund me before I go to trading standards with hundreds of complaints about your company along with photographic evidence of your products and injuries people have sustained from your products

The delivery driver arrived after midnight and left the parcel outside and so I wasn't able to check it until this morning. It's completely the wrong item. I ordered the 5cm deep mattress topper with cool blue gel memory foam, removable cover and straps. That is not what I have got. It's 2.5cm matress topper with no support, no zones, no idea what the inside is because the cover is not removable and it has no straps. My order number is 51492403.

I bought this as extra support on my back, following a slip disc injury. What they have sent me is not even listed on their website. It doesn't exist.

I have raised this with Wowcher and, of not resolved will take it up with Trading Standards and my bank.

Avoid at all costs. Faulty beds damp mattress with springs shooting through. Refuse any refund as ‘delivery accepted’ and refuse all refunds. Often sold via wowcher on what seems to be good deals. This company goes bust and changes name constantly

Purchased a bed via Wowcher.
Redeemed the code straight away, 13 days ago now.

Never recieved a confirmation email or tracking/dispatch or delivery updates or nothing.

Down hundreds of pounds and the ‘expected’ delivery date has passed.

Takes them days to respond to each email so I’m getting no where and still have NO BED

AVOID

Sent 2 broken beds, collected them and now they have my money and I have no bed. Scam company avoid at all costs

Excellent value! The prices were better than anywhere else I looked, and the quality is outstanding. Delivery was on time and the team were friendly and efficient. Very pleased with my purchase
