My order took more time than usual but finally went through. The problem was their vendor courier in China doesn't ship to Ukraine. The customer support was easy to contact and we made several attempts for fixing the shipping issue. Unfortunately, it didn't work and several orders were canceled and refunded.

Then I tried shipping with NP Shopping forwarding service from the US to Ukraine. Eventually, I received the package 1 month after I placed the latest order.

My brother has always order from here. Good vaporizers for the price which makes it affordable. Thank you

I am happy with the vape I got from their website. Although it took a little longer I am happy with my vape, it is way much better than smoking. I was a little disappointed in the shipping. I believe there was an issue with my parcel while it was out for delivery. The tracking says that they attempted delivery bit I'm sure they did not because I was home all day. I had to pick up my parcel at my office.

I bought the pathfinder vape. Soo far everything seems to be working. I did have an issue with it not charging and thought my vape was defective. I got that fixed with another USB wire. I am amazed on the numbers of vape selection they have in their store.

They have a huge selection of cannabis vaporizers. I was recommend the pathfinder vape and it is functioning perfect. There was a slight delay with shipping due to covid but overall I would give cloud9city 5 stars for their communications and the product

Did not have any issues with my vape pen. The price is inexpensive. My order came in 2 weeks. Good customer service by email. I'm not sure why there are bad experiences about shipping. When I ordered it says it will be shipped from their Shenzhen warehouse and the estimated shipping time at checkout after before I made the payment. Overall I'll give it 4 stars.they have a lot of different vapes

They are a Chinese company masquerading as a Canadian company. They use a Canadian business address, but ship from Shenzhen without giving an accurate ETA before completing purchase.

Their website features reviews claiming next day delivery. It took a month to receive my package, and they waited over 7 days to start shipping it out (I think it was Chinese New Year when I ordered, which would explain the delayed response). They specify on the Shipping page (not the FAQ) that shipping can take up to 20 days going to anywhere including Canada (and definitely not mentioning China), even though their "featured reviews" claim next-day delivery.

There is no option to cancel an order after completing a purchase, and contact information is limited and unreliable. It took me three days to receive a response when I asked about the status of my order, and when they did, they waited until AFTER the product was in transit to reply so I could not just cancel the order. They ALSO gave me the wrong tracking number going to some other address (which I figured out only after it arrived near said location).

I expect the majority of 5-star reviews here are paid, since this is the only reviewing site I can find for this company. They do not have a Better Business Bureau listing yet nor searchable physical address despite cannabis being legal in Canada. (Yes, BBB tracks Canadian, US, and Mexican Companies.)

All searchable information pertaining to the company is confusing and suspicious. Their website url [currently] says "Cloud9City", their logo says "9CityVape", it appeared on my bill as "C9C & IIGEARS" with a phone number 403-604-6041 as the only semi-verifiably Canadian information. The address listed on the website: "90061 Madigan Plaza, Calgary AB Canada T2A 7Y8" does not appear on Google Search.

The product so far works just fine, was fairly inexpensive, and does not seem poorly made so far, so 1 star added. Others have said shoddily made, so I am cautious about trusting the product.

To be clear: I am not against Chinese-based companies selling its wares for cheap with the tradeoff of long shipping leads.
I am against a company setting high expectations and lying about localization and shipping times just to generate sales.

Great vape. Ordered the elite and it produces excellent vapor. It has saved me about half of my herbs instead of smoking joints. Kevin quickly responded to my emails and provided great customer service. I will recommend my friends to order the elite vape. Have a great 2020

You think your ordering from Calgary, I live 3hrs away, it took over a month to get here. It comes from China and is a knock off, FAKE, one coil didn't work.Walk to a vape store and buy a quality product, not here!

The 3 in 1 vape is pretty good for cannabis use. They coil died after a few uses but they sent me a replacement. Loving the vape it's really discreet

Do not buy from this site. I cancelled an order BEFORE it shipped and they continued to try to ship it . They ignored my e-mails about stopping the shipping process, so I decided to refuse delivery when it comes and lodge a complaint and case with Paypal. Also, they are not from Canada but from China. Worst customer support I have ever experienced. The fact that they lead you on to believe they are in Canada instead of China is a total SCAM!

I was hesitant about ordering due to the reviews. Honestly their service is awesome! I got my vape but it died after a month of use. I emailed them and they sent me a replacement for free. On the site they state that they offer warranty. If you are having issues just email them. I will be shopping here again.
