Cloud4Dentists Service and Support is superior to any other practice management software on the market. We switched from SOE 3 years ago and never looked back. It's simple and completely intuitive to use.

Recently joined an Orthodontic practice as part of the admin team using this software. I find it extremely user-friendly and easy to learn how to use. It contains all of the functions you could possibly need which makes admin and day-to-day tasks simple.

I have been using R4 for the last 15 years but I have become really frustrated by its limitations and constant crushing! So I have looked at all available alternatives like Sensei or Dentally and C4D came on top. It is very simple to use, very intuitive, all functions and integrations are there without overcomplicating things.
Since we have migrated, Luigi made all customisation for us, something that we never experienced before. The customer service from him is first class!
If you want peace of mind for a very affordable price I recommend C4D wholeheartedly.

What a lovely simple software, absolutely delightful. I opted to go with cloud4dentists for my new venture and it's lived up to my expectations. The staff love it too.
The technical support from Luigi is fantastic, always there at the other end of phone, unlike other big fishes out there. I highly recommend this software to anyone looking to change.

Luigi & Amit have been clear, helpful & supportive throughout. My dental team were apprehensive from switching over from R4, but overall we're glad we did. It took approx 2weeks for my dental team to get fully confident with live patient bookings, payments & dental records. Any new issues & requests, Luigi's been there for us straight away. Would definitely recommend- dental team compliant & saved money too- What's not to like? lol

I am a clinician, and I have use multiple different dental softwares.
Cloud4dentists I have to be very intuitive and easy to use. And the fact it is web based, means there is no need for physical storage drives with that associated risk of losing data. Furthermore being web based allows our team members to access their notes from any Web browser, be it on laptop, desktop or mobile phone. All of course sercurley with personal/individual login details.
The real charm of this software is the tech support, who is always readily available, and quick to solve any issues. And even takes suggestions how to almost customise the software for each individual practice. Making it almost a bespoke level of service and software.

We are an orthodontic practice only and we have been using C4D for approximately 2 years. We find the software to be extremely user friendly and straight forward. Being a cloud based software we find it extremely reliable and never had a stability issue since day 1. I have looked for the perfect cloud-based dental software that fits the budget of a start-up dental practice.
Me and my team can access our account anywhere in the world. My patients also have their own portal and they can see their own treatment plans and update their treatments.
The aftercare is second to none. We have requested several changes customised to our practice.

I have been very impressed with C4D. The professionalism and customer service is brilliant!
They are quick to answer enquiries and eager to make the experience/transition as easy as possible. They have great features and I can say it’s pretty much all you need to run your practice.

I'm setting up a practice so to keep costs to a minimum chose cloud 4 dentists as my first 30 patients are free. I done this with intention to switch to r4/soe when I had more cash flow but i don't see any need for that at all. The software is great. There are a few minor details I have recommended to be changed which the company have advised they are working on. Support by email is prompt and easy to understand. Very impressed so far. My only issue is perio pockets only go upto 9mm which is the thing I've been told they are looking into.
