First off, I hate using their site. The number of times that my cart got completely emptied while I was still looking at clothes was a headache.

As if that wasn't bad enough, my first two transactions got put on hold which is another nuisance since I ordered clothes to go to the gym next month, plus some outfits for a party I planned on going to but at this rate, they won't get here in time. They say it is because they have trouble confirming my shipping address. I've shopped with other sites, using the same address, and never had an issue.

My third transaction didn't even go through properly, some error message popping up after I tried to complete the transaction, and after contacting customer services, which has yet to respond to my messages. I will definitely not be shopping with them again if this persists

I want to give this company 5 stars, but I have to always call them and ask "why hasn't my package shipped yet?", for them to tell me, "oh it should ship today" and like clock work, that's when I get a shipped/tracking notice. In total what should be about 4 - 5 days, takes about 8 - 9, and I shutter to think how long it would take if I didn't call them. To their credit, the clothes are nice and customer service is always pleasant. If their customer service was rude, I would keep it moving.

I ordered work pants and a top May 3,2016. The pants cost $12.99 which I thought was crazy because the websites is called Clothing UNDER 10. Not over $10! The shirt was $3.00 with shipment my total was $21.98 . The package came May 9,2016. The packaging was terrible. The only thing I received was the pants they stated in a letter that the shirt was sold out . I didn't get an email or phone call saying they were sold out of the shirt . Without asking the added the $3 for the shirt to store credit but stated if I wanted a return I could get it with no questions asked. One they should've called to let me know they was sold out . Two they should've asked would I like something else instead. Three the letter stated to do a glitch in their system some of the items I ordered was unavailable. If you are running a business with people giving you THEIR money you need to be on point with your inventory. I will be emailing them to get my $3. It may not seem like much to you but I don't like how unprofessional this way I will no longer shop with them , so I don't need store credit.

Ordered Feb 15th they contacted me a week later after i sent in an email wondering where my shipment was.... to say an item wasnt available...then after i exchange they still didnt ship out until 4days later...could it get worst...they shipped to the incorrect address even though i phoned with the shipping address.....they reshipped again with the incorrect address....left vmsgs emails etc....somone may or may not respond two plus days later...no accountability from anyone....ask paypal for a refund after a month of waiting on package...my shipping address is no more than 6miles from the store location.....must have changed management...poor communication inside the store and worst ever shopping experience......No sincere apology from anyone....sad. Will delete my account and wont recommend this store again to anyone....Disappointed...Second and last time purchase....I wish them professional growth.

At first I ordered something very cheap to make sure that I can trust them. Turns out I can. (yay---their clothes and amazing) I will surely order from them very soon.

I have ordered from this site at least three times and I really have no complaints. I live in the Caribbean and I got my clothes in a little over a week. Everything is just great! Everything fits. It's awesome:)

One thing though... There should be a minimum which offers free shipping. Especially for customers who frequently order.

The clothes are so cute and fit just the size it says. It comes in the same week , even with standard shipping. I can't complain about this site at all. I've ordered twice from them and it's been like 13 outfits. Love it!

Didn't receive an email confirmation or tracking number, but placed an order on Wednesday and received my package on Saturday

1) Website: simple to navigate
2) Ordering: placed order on Friday, received items on Wednesday (priority mail)
3) Shipment Status: received an email on shipment status, every step of the way, until delivered
4) Items Received: Great quality, great price, wrapped individually in a nice neat bag.
5) Will I order again? Clothingunder10, definitely has a repeat customer from me. The process was simple, items were up to standard. Ordering items again!

**** My only reservation is, the tops run a bit small. Example, I'm size Medium in shirts but I decided to order a large and yes, I was right. ****

I am happy with this company and will be a repeat customer! I ordered my clothing on a Monday and received them that Thursday! The customer service team is great and my order was easy to track! The clothing was individually wrapped and were placed nicely in a bag. I am a plus size women and was nervous about ordering online. I ordered 3 shirts in Size 3x and they fit me very well. I am looking forward to wearing my new tops at my new job!! Thanks!

Well if your looking for great prices its great web haha. So I ordered 5 pairs of pants on feb 1 order shipped feb4 and recieved feb 10..I love every single pant and the design just a problem with the bottoms they are hard but atleast it really stays haha. There sizing is junior size I believe well I bought size up I usually wear size 9 usa size but I order size 11 and still its too tight but its good because im losing weight and hitting for 20lbs less wich means they wont b big on me so order maybe 3 size up even though it has 3% spandex.

I found this website and really liked the clothes. I don't really trust websites, but gave this one a chance and was not disappointed. The website has a good variety of clothes for a low price. The shipping price is also reasonable for the amount of time in which the clothes arrive. I ordered on a Tuesday and my package was delivered by Monday with a signature required. The clothes came in bags and the jeans were wrapped. The shirts fit perfect and some jeans stretched more than others so some fit perfect and some were not. I'm satisfied and will order again. I recommend this website.

i ordered from clothingunder10.com it was a great deal. the clothes were priced low and perfect for the holiday times. anyways i ordered from them immediately i received an email saying they received my order and told me that it would be at least 2 business days to process and then the order would be shipped and when it was shipped i would receive an email for that along with a shipping number with that email. i ordered it on a friday, i received the shipping email on wednesday the tracking information was in that email. for the shipping i picked was standard shipping i received it within 6 business days. everything was individually wrapped and receipt was in the bag that all of the items were in. it was a perfect experience. i recommend this site to anyone. i hope everyone gets the experience that i did.
