I couldn't even rate it 1 star. I needed to return a dress that didn't fit to Zapaka. They have made my life a misery. Firstly, they want photos of your return, then the courier tracking number. Then a month later, after the courier has tried on several times to deliver, they couldn't. No one answers the telephone number that Zapaka gave the courier company to try and contact them. They have fobbed me off on numerous emails and no refund given. Trying to send it back, costs more money than the dress. So if you want to return something, this is not the Company for you to buy off as it has to go back to China.

They are only receiving a 1 because I can not select 0. They shipped an order to the wrong address and tried to blame PayPal. No other shipments using PayPal has shipped to the wrong address in the last eight months. Five months ago this company shipped to the right address, but could not ship to the correct address last week. Customer service is horrible. They refused to make any kind of Resolution to my issue. I will never do business with his company again.

Shop elsewhere, poor customer support
I inquired on an order 7 days ago that stated it shipped from a location less than 200 miles from me. It was a holiday when I placed the order but it still hasn't arrived. They shipped across the country and now I have to wait several more days to receive the item. I would think they would send a new item given the error was not on my part. I was also told they would follow up yesterday and I have not heard from them. I would not recommend them.

Great clothing site for plain tees
I found this website while looking to purchase some plain t-shirts. I have since used them a couple more times. Their prices are great, the quality has been great. I ordered my regular size and all of the shirts have fit perfectly, both short and long sleeves. Shipping is fast enough and I've always received exactly what I ordered.
