Excellent toilet/bidet but very expensive for what you get. Disappointed that the seat was not soft close. Add ons like armrests are very expensive at £750 fitted.

I have a bidet & powered toilet riser
I have a bidet, wash and dry toilet. Which I’ve had for a good while now. Because of further deterioration of my mobility, a powered toilet seat riser, has recently been installed. This has been brilliant. A real game changer for me!
Undoubtedly these two pieces of equipment will enable me to continue to live, relatively independently, for a good while longer than without it.

Routine service
Eventually the engineer rang and came a week earlier than stated and at an appropriate time. We had two earlier appointments at inappropriate times which we had to cancel. We asked for times AFTER 11am, but the engineer rang to say he would call at 10.15.
The service was carried out perfectly. Very satisfied with the engineer, but not with those organising the rota.

ALMOST perfect. Not quite.
The item itself is excellent.
Unfortunately the height of the unit seat is higher than my old toilet and it cannot be lowered. The operation of the water is excellent but has to be adjusted by the engineer. The surround that was fitted to accommodate the toilet was sub standard with sloppy rough cut joints that are rather unsightly and will need to be fixed at a later date.
This is why I have downgraded my score of the toilet and the work done.
I would be prepared to reconsider my score if the faults were amended.
