had to take time to thank the team from Closet Factory for the amazing job with the installation of our Master Bedroom, two additional bedrooms and pantry units.
Carla the design consultant was phenomenal in assisting us with the design needed and Omil and Luis the installers are definitely the best in the business who provided a fantastic service by covering every detail to perfection.

Melissa Carlstrom was so helpful. Really understood the vision of what I was trying to create. We were building a wall with a fireplace and bookshelves on either side, so a bit different from their typical projects.

Melissa reached out to the fireplace company to coordinate the project. She flexed when I changed my mind and did all she could to make the project run smoothly. Even when there were delays out of her control.

We love our new wall and it looks just how we imagined...great job, Melissa!

From beginning to end my sales professional, Gina was on task with everything. My installer was also very courteous very professional very clean and communicative. Thank you for my wonderful closets. Very happy with them.

We had the pleasure of working with Latch on custom closets and a custom office buildout at our home. Latch was knowledgeable, reliable, punctual, and genuinely pleasant to work with. This is our second time using Closet Factory. Great experience both times. The quality of their products and customer service is outstanding! Debra was our design consultant, and she did an amazing job. She designed four beautiful closets for us. She was so easy to work with. Very kind, patient, and always got back to us asap if we had any questions.
Scottie and Victor were the installation experts and they were amazing! Showed up on time both days, actually early. Loved that. They were very hard working, but took their time, and installed four beautiful built in closets. They were very friendly, neat, and clean. Just great people to work with. I can't speak highly enough about Closet Factory North Chicago. We worked directly with our designer Trish Elliott. She listened to what we would like to accomplish with our new closets and offered great suggestions to achieve the goal. Her plans were thorough and spot on! The installation process was seemless and Rich did a great job! Can't wait to get some more closets done in the future!

Lora Remlinger in the St. Louis office went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. We started with our pantry, but already have seen her designs for our walk in closet and our laundry room and we can't wait. She walked us through all of the options and really listened to our needs. She didn't try to strongarm us into spending above our budget, but she did show us options that we hadn't even thought of. We felt listened to and cared for. Our pantry is beautiful and was worth every penny.

We were very impressed with the quality of service provided by The Closet Factory of Pittsburgh. From the initial contact through the consulting session and final installation, everything about the company's operation is five-star! A special shout-out to our consultant, Claire, who didn't try to up-sell us and was extremely practical and knowledgeable in planning our new closet system.

Patrick, our designer, worked with us through the long delay due to Hurricane Ian damage and repair. He patiently waited almost a year before we were finally ready for our installation. Our installer, Jordan, was a perfectionist! He carefully installed our closet unit then meticulously cleaned, inspected his work, and finally caulked. And then he reinspected his work again! Jordan treated our home as if it were his own. We will have Jordan back for the next closet install. Closet Factory is a wonderful company.

We called Nina at Closet Factory after Hurricane Ian, because our beautiful closets all had to be replaced. Previously working with Nina, we knew she would take care of us! She made herself available to come take measurements and helped us with the deigns. My husband and I were so appreciative of her responsiveness and willingness to help us in our time of need, not to mention the closets and entertainment center all turned out beautifully. She treated us like family and we are so grateful to have met her. We will definitely be calling Nina for our future projects, can't wait to tackle the garage next!

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our designer Gabriella was able to deliver all of our requests in building a most functional and beautiful pantry closet. This company has professionals from the installers to the designers and even the sales manager Simon, who reached out to confirmed we were satisfied. I’ve used more expensive companies in the past but Closet factory delivered superior results. I highly recommend them.

I had the distinct pleasure of having a mud room/storage area for my riding boots installed several months ago. My installer Romey Wallace was amazing, he took the time to explain every step of the installation and even went above to help me fix a shelf I tried to install myself. When he was done he left his work area immaculate as if he wasn’t even there. I was very pleased with the job he did. Thank you

This review is 10 months coming. For 10 months I have been trying to get doors added to the closet they installed for me and I am still waiting.
This is despite numerous calls, emails, texts and also having my card charged for work that hasn't been completed.
I've called the NY office, dealt with 2 separate designers, now it's the service team I'm trying to pull an install date out of and honestly EVERY STEP OF THE WAY has been a colossal failure on their part. Do not give this company your money. Their quotes are less than their competitors but I promise you the pain and suffering will not be worth it.
You get what you pay for and I for one wish I had gone with California Closets. Instead, I'm staring at sections of the closet without doors and my belongings are in bags all over my house because the most recent install was essentially a team coming out without the correct materials to do the job and I'm out the money for it.
Make a better choice than I did, give another company your business.

Lisa, the sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable with her presentation ant the young man who did the install was very friendly and professional in the respect of me and my property. Having said all of that, I LOVE,LOVE my closet. The design is exceptional and it is easy to move around in it. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a fantastic custom closet.

Sierra was very pleasant, knowledgeable and very timely in her communication. It was a great experience working with her! I highly recommend her to any of my friends and any other potential Closet Factory customer!
