I used to be a big believer in Cole Gordon and his company. I have been working with Coles company for 4 years and have worked 4 different offers in that time as a high ticket sales closer. 0percent/nurp, insight inner circle, decentralized masters, and JGM homebuyers. Every account manager ive worked with at Cole Gordons group is no longer there. The last few offers ive worked on were horrible. Most recent one was with Brandon Jarvela at JGM Homebuyers. He mentioned 25k on target earnings when his 2 year veteran closer Raj had never gotten close to making that in a month. Raj closed 700k in a year which is a big red flag. At 10% commission that's 70k in a year. I closed over 3 million in cash collected with 0percent/nurp before they fell apart. The 1st offer I worked at 0percent/nurp I made 30-40k+ commission months. After that it has gone down hill rapidly with offers. Seems like there just taking on anyone at this point. Brandon (JGM Homebuyers) said it was slow because of the holidays and would pick up after the new year but nothing changed! Brandon was more focused on buying his mentors coaching business than helping JGM succeed. I closed a 55k deal for him and he is now choosing to keep my $5,500 commission all while claiming to be a man of god and a follower of Jesus Christ. It sickens me to know I made this fake Christian 55k and he is not willing to pay whats owed to a true believer. I got back in the network with Jack Par at Coles group and almost took another shot with Cole Gordon but after recent experiences I cant move forward with this company in good faith. The high ticket sales space has become a cesspool for greedy money grabbing owners that dont care about anything but lining there own pockets.

Closers are absolute pros. From the moment you enter the organization you can tell that they're doing something completely different to everyone else in the space.

We took are closing % from 40% to 77%. So I highly recommend Closers.io and John Hetterich to help any sales team improve their performance.

If you look closely, you discover that most of these reviews are either fake or written by people who work for them, not by happy customers. I spoke to Imran, who explained that my deposit was fully refundable if I didn't sign the contracts and agreements and proceed within 30 days. After reading the agreement, I was disgusted and didn't want to proceed. I advised them via email and then followed up for 35 days, but still no refund. I have now gone to my bank and filed a dispute, which shouldn't have been necessary if they are areputable company. If you talk to Imran, you can say I said hi. But don't, whatever you do, give them your money.

Had a great experience working with Anthony, learned a lot and came award from it in a much better spot that I was when I started. Really helped accelerate my learning when it came to sales and getting leads on my calendar.

I purchased this product after doing my due diligence. After agreeing to the service, I read the reviews and immediately had buyer's remorse — the complaints about this company are real.
I spoke with the sales rep, who assured me the negative reviews were about their "do-it-yourself" service and that I was getting the "done-for-you" service. He was very convincing. I told him to send me a new contract reflecting that, and we'd be ready to go.
I made the payment. No new contract was ever signed. No services were ever provided. And when I raised the issue, they blamed me.
I tried everything to resolve this the right way. They don't care.
This is not a business — it's a sales operation. They will say whatever it takes to close the deal, then disappear. Do not trust them with your money.
