Despite the name clomfy LONDON, this is actually just a front for a dropshipping company posting the shoes out of china. When the shoes arrived which were of awful quality they were completely the wrong size.

When a complaint was lodged they said we would have to pay to post them back to china for a refund…awful communication and very difficult to get any response out of them, I had to do a chargeback with American Express to get my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Only giving one star because I dont have the choice to give 0 stars. Never recieved my order despite contacting them on several occasions. They never responded to any of my emails or attempts to contact them. Ended up getting a refund through my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do no make any purchase, you won’t get your order. Such a terrible company. Anyone know how we can report them? They should not be in business. Pure scammers

This company is the worst company on this planet. The only review that gave them 5stars said they begged her to do so. But she came back here to give the real review. They blocked me on social media because I told people not to buy from them. Lol. They can't take criticism. Guys if we open a petition against them,they will not survive it. They will be brought down flat and all proceeds from this scammers will be frozen in their bank account. Im still trying to gather enough people for this movement and im not backing down. Together we can do this. We need to push out these kind of companies away from our society. General public beware

Shoes are horrible, initially gave them a good review as they asked me to, but after using it for over 1 month, I affirm that these shoes are horrible, causes foot smell, not breathable, in a nutshell don’t buy these shoes

Had faulty pair of shoes, which was rectified by sending other pair.
Replacement pair was also faulty, was then told I'd get a refund for them.
The problem is this company NEVER responds to you, completely ignoring every message I send.
Still waiting for them to even respond to me message (was early April when they last got back to me), let alone for the actual refund for the faulty shoes that are unwearable.
Seriously unprofessional, rarely an apology given either.
0/10, was going to get another pair but I definitely won't be now.

This is the worst company anyone could buy anything from. Guys dont loose your hard earned money buying from this fraudulentcompany. I'm trying to save you from headaches and financial loss. If you ever see any positive review from this company, trust me, they paid people to give such reviews, I know this because I know people they offered to pay if they give positive reviews. Their so called shoes are rubbish and not close to what they advertise. Very terrible shoes. And if you decide to return it, they will never reply your returns email. If they mistakenly do, they will start telling you tales until you get frustrated. If you need to get clogs, buy from reputable brands like crocs because if there's any issue, it can be resolved. This clomfylondon with their misleading name, sell very very very low quality nonsense they call shoes at a high price. I wonder why trading standard is still allowing them to trade with all the complaints against them. But I'm sure their days are numbered. And I wouldn't stop until I see that this brand is brought to book.
Guys, if you ever want to buy from them, read this comment and save yourself the headache. Cheers
