The best service I've ever received from a company!

I had difficulty with a set of calipers I bought from Clockwise. I emailed the company on a Saturday and got a response same day. They needed additional information which I returned on Sunday, and I got a response same day! The folks were wonderful, and I was able to have the calipers replaced immediately. I've never had the kind of service I got from this company. I'll use them exclusively as I need future tools.
