I'm trying to view clock canvass but it won't let me view their products because I have to jump through hoops what's going on it seems that I have to give personal details before I can move onni can't leave a review unless I jump through more hoops are you all so important

Have had my prints on the wall for some time and already ordering more!

I ordered an Avalon wall clock. I can't believe I paid close to $200 for this cheap piece of junk. It was shipped DIRECTLY FROM CHINA. The customs declaration attached stated the value at $10 CANADIAN. it is passable from a distance but up closer is obviously cheap lightweight spray-painted plastic. What a rip-off!

Bought a framed picture on the 1st December, the picture arrived on the 10th December unframed, after contacting the company, by email, l was promised a new framed picture would be sent out, after 2 more emails asking when my picture will be sent, with out any reply, l have decided just to give up

When purchasing, be aware of the company policy on returns. You will get in-store credit less shipping costs if returned within 30 days, not a refund.

I also had issues with the way my canvas was shipped as it came pretty damaged. Communication with Clockcanvas was easy, speedy and I had a replacement within two weeks. They did not want to mess with the damaged item but instead was communicating with me all the way and again I got my picture in a very timely manner. I will be ordering from them again. The picture I ordered looks nothing like that picture I ordered! I’m very unhappy. Colors are not as shown in pictures on line. Now I’m stuck with a 30x60 canvas picture that looks like I bought at a yard sale!! Very expensive not happy!!

BUYER BEWARE!

This is a shoddy reprint shop passing off legitimate, unlicensed patterns and designs that are actually oversized, blurry reprints in reality but charged at the real product's rate. They will ignore and delay your emails about returns and use the hefty cost of putting return shipping on the buyer to deter refunds. They will spend weeks offering meager discounts to get you to keep the unusable item for a fraction of what you're owed.

There is a near zero chance the positive reviews are legit. Read their BBB reports.

I think a mark of a really good merchant is not just how they handle things when everything goes right, but how they handle things when there are problems too. I had an issue with my order and found Clock Canvas to be quick in communication, honest, and really cooperative to address my issue. That really tells me that they care about me as a customer and stand behind the quality of their products (which is exceptional). This is the kind of business you want to do business with. Well done!

Was put off with using company after seeing a few negative reviews, and I'm not one to leave reviews usually but after the negative perception and how impressed i am with the quality of the item and customer service i think its justified for me to leave a review. To date I have ordered 2 pieces of art from Clock Canvas and am one happy customer! The canvas pieces look beautiful in my new apartment. The customer service at Clock Canvas is what every company should strive to have . . . Responsive and professional. Shout out to Kayleigh and Akhmed who went above and beyond. Definitely recommend Clock Canvas!

I bought a customized canvas from Clockcanvas and customer service was very helpful and patient. We exchanged around 20 emails going through different designs until we got to the one that fit best with what I had in mind. And that was at no extra cost.

Disappointing and Deceptive Return Policy

Be warned: if you’re not satisfied with the product, you’re responsible for shipping it back yourself—and that’s where the problems begin. I tried returning an item through my UPS business account, only to be told that sending it to the return address provided would cost $700. I was given the option to discard the item or pay nearly the same cost as the product itself (around $200) just to ship it back to New York.

The product was still completely unopened, in its original plastic and packaging, yet the company offered no help or flexibility. When I explained the situation, their response was essentially to brush me off.

If you’re considering buying from here, I strongly recommend you think twice. If you’re unhappy with the product, returning it may be more trouble—and cost—than it’s worth.

Easy to order, easy to track the package, delivered fast and all right. Will make a purchase again that’s for sure

It is a beautiful print, I love the black frame I chose, it compliments perfectly. The packaging was great, delivered to me in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the product.

I added an over the print yo my framed picture and it elevated the beauty! The print was shipped well packaged. It didn't disappoint.
