If a product has a defect which was discovered by our team before dispatch. Then there is no point of sending it over. We asked the company for a new stock of your ordered watch, since the brand denied having more stock. Hence we had to inform you for the same. Then its totally your call as a buyer to wait or either opt for a refund.
The time taken for all this communication was communicated to during the process. We request you to kindly understand that we are a mediator between you and the brand and our efforts have always been to give you the best of the product. If it had a defect and our team of experts check that for you, then its totally in your benefit.

The service is very Pathetic, i have ordered DW watch from there it was duplicate , when i asked refund it took around 1 month to take an action. I'll say service is very pathetic. They are selling duplicate watch

1st thing, duplicate products are never sold on clock.co.in. We have 12 years of experience to judge our products, these all comes from authorised chanels.
Your watch was claimed as duplicate from a local store of DW as a marketing gimmik, they wanted you to buy the same on MRP rather than a discount which was given by clock.co.in
You had highlighted the only issue to be the watch in the store was shinier than the watch we had sent you. The watch in store was polished to be more appealing. We send you untouched products and dont apply any extra products on them for better appeal. Thats better for your product only.
Our team member were in your constant contact as the issue was concerning for us.
We had a word with the store owners from where you went to check the watch. They also agreed on the same.
Meanwhile, we were willing to give you an exchange which when denied by you was offered back with a refund.
As on date the refunds are cleared and we stand by you always as a team.

Was looking for the model I ordered on every other portal for fast few months but found it here surprisingly one day. So I had doubts over reliability and authenticity. I AM HAPPY THAT I BOUGHT IT. To tell you the fact, I was really a bit skeptical in the first place to order a watch worth 11-12k with 50% discount on a website I'm not very well aware off. But then I took the leap & I AM HAPPY for the decision. My wife just loves this Fossil watch, she kept her Guess and MK away and only keeps wearing this since the day she got this.

VERY BAD SERVICE.
I received defective watch. after sending it back i haven't received the replacement even after 20 days. Today they gave me blue dart tracking is which is invalid.
please don't waste ur money and fall for the big discount trap they are selling you. watches which high discount have minor defects
Update: the replacement which i received was also not of acceptable quality, lume(radium) on watch hands was not working. I have requested them for the return but haven't received any response since more than 5 days

Buy only if you don't want return or refund!
Even if I shared the same experience/review with the return/refund policies, there's no improvement yet and I'm having the same experience in my recent order. I had to return a product due some issues but till date haven't received the refund. They will force you for a replacement order which I did just to avoid problems but the remaining amount is still stuck at their end and even after appealing for multiple times nothing has been done yet!
So, if you are 100% sure that you won't return the product then go for it. Otherwise they ship original, competitive priced products and delivery is also fast. But, it's better not to think about return/refund.

Great alternative to shops and amazon
The first time I ordered from Clock Co I wasn't too sure and did a cash on delivery. The order was for a Casio watch I couldn't get anywhere else. Initially they emailed and said it wasn't in stock and would I like to get something else. But they later got the watch and shipped it to me. I ordered two more watches from them after this and apart from some minor delays the watches arrived nicely and the products are great. I like that they have good deals and watches that I can't find in the stores.
