They claim to be making a difference, but I get more spam calls, not less. So far, I've seen ZERO difference in the number of spammers in both email and in calls.

whn nsomething goes wrong support is completly gone. There system seems to have gotten hacked last week and i lost access. They refused to assist or even acknowledge an issue. It came back up and access was brought back but the sent me an email saying "We saw that you canceled your Cloaked subscription and we wanted to reach out before your protection ends" But i hadnt canceled . And again their customer service refused assistance as well as even acknowedge. I paid a year in advance and found they have no refund policy.But that wasnt the only issue have a terrible customer service. The account has added what they call relatives to it that arnt . Hundreds of them thus padding their "success"
Update: They sent a voice mail and an email. The voice mail from Eric was so very happy that everything was ok and all flowery and rainbows. I replied to the voice mail it was not and much more. Since they still took my money and ran. I got an email say it was Chris and it was him that called but of course it was Eric. Just more lies. In the end the issues concernign my account being breached and the fact they sent out a false email say ing i quit hurts very bad. I replied with misleading quotes form the other email which i would be very happy to supply to the media. The facts is the responses are inadequate and calls go unanswered and they stole my money and than officered me to come back and only pay them at a 60 percent discount. Very unethical and i have it all documented. I cc Kendra the media person there and would hope she would respond. Cloaked effort is to cover their behind not resolve a problem they created.

I really felt this was an excellent choice for security. I could not get Cloaked to download. I wanted to cancel purchase and wait until I could have help with our family computer expert to help me. ( yes, he is degreed, makes him an expert)
But I got a lot of back and forth. I could not make the robot understand I was 76 and run out of patience trying to do this on my own. Way too many days dealing with this.

They are horrible I paid twice for subscription and they had an automated bot respond that took over a week.
They then canceled my subscription again and only refunded one payment. Customer service is horrible.

I had the pleasure of being connected to Tamanna when I was trying to figure out the app. I am in my first 30 days and things were a big confusing for me, however Tamanna stayed on the phone with me and walked through THE entire process! I felt heard and appreciated her patients with me. Customer service is fantastic. I am still new so cant comment yet on how well the service is working, however I feel confident all my info will be removed from the internet. Thank you Tamanna!

It was working fine until I got logged out at the end of the month and still logged out the next month but yet until they took their payment out I emailed them and nothing happened they are horrible

Speaking to a human being made all the difference Marjow was extremely helpful. Kit however needs to be retired. Kit had me going around in circles trying the same things over and over again. I was ready to cancel and uninstall the app. But Marjow helped me get things straightened out. Great job by a human being once again.

I had gotten Cloaked and I realized that I had AT&T ACTIVE ARMOR which comes with my phone so I had to cancel one of them and i chose Cloaked. Cloaked seems to be a great company and down the road may reinstall it. They have worked with me to make sure I had canceled my subscription with their AI chat and it was so simple and very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a great app for all your business or home this is it

I HAD TRIED TO GET CLOAKED SOFTWARE BUT I COULD NOT WORK WITH IT ON MY PHONE SO THE VERY SAME DAY THAT I GOT IT I CANCELED THE SUBSCRIPTION. AND THEN DELETED THE ITEM OFF MY CELL PHONE. I WAS WORRIED IT WAS NOT DONE RIGHT SO MARJOW WAS A GREAT HELP AND MADE IT EASY TO CANCEL AGAIN AND REIMBURSE ME FOR THE AMOUNT I PAID. First few months seemed to be beneficial. Too many of my contact calls were not getting thru to me before going to voicemail. Too many missed calls. Decided to terminate and this was the hard part. Nerisa was very helpful in assisting in my finalizing the process.

Nerissa really went out her way to help me out when I was pondering leaving cloaked. She addressed all my concerns and made sure my settings were correct. She also kept her word and called me back even when the call didn’t go through she kept making effort until she got ahold of me. Most agents don’t put that type of effort in. The either move on to the next caller after multiple attempts to try to reach you.
