As the brother of a patient who sustained a serious brain injury after being knocked off his bicycle by a hit and run driver, the hospital staff kindly informed me how to proceed with the legal implications of the accident. I would like to share the joy I have experienced with CL Medilaw, having just received a settlement that was a lot more than I anticipated. I was the victim of medical negligence and the defendant admitted culpability very quickly.
