Don't work on IT in Brighouse
Had a very bad time here due to bullying from a female co-worker called Shazia. She literally called my phone anonymously swearing and shouting at me like a total freak then denied it even though she had the exact same voice and did it on the day that she was off work... She is very hateful and jealous, I will never ever forgive her for what she did. Truly deeply evil person.
It was proper weird and she even shouted at me in the office when it was just us two over petty nonsense. Can't quite understand to this day as to why to be honest as I tried to get on with her.
Only good thing about working here was Tony the manager, otherwise the lads here were proper petty and disrespectful. They act like little kids play fighting with each other in the office. Didn't like the weird office romance thing they had going on with Shazia it was cringe because everyone was literally in a relationship.
Can't say working in a small office filled with narcissists is an enjoyable experience, I feel really sorry for Tony as he's the genuine nice one.
I've literally never heard of an IT team having to come in dressed formal it's totally an out of date company with rules from the 1950s.
It was really horribly unorganised that me as a new starter had to help them get their own office organised and create learning resources because they ran the IT manager into the ground with total nonsense.
Had to leave for another job right after she started ringing me it was proper freaky. Stay away complete psycho in that office.
