Damaged after only two months
Delivery was excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of the extensions was very poor. They became damaged after only two months of normal use. I’ve been buying from Cliphair for many years, but the quality has noticeably declined over time. This is disappointing given the price and my previous positive experiences with the brand.

Honestly amazing service
Honestly amazing service! Everything went wrong with my first delivery but this was 100% Evri’s fault — they are so unreliable and caused problems & delays, nothing wrong at all with Cliphair themselves. I contacted them for help and they were absolutely brilliant; replies came through within literally 10 minutes every single time, always helpful, polite and sorted everything out instantly. They arranged for the old parcel to be returned and sent my brand new replacement via Royal Mail instead.
They took all the worry and stress off my shoulders completely, could not be happier, thank you so much!

It doesn’t last 12 months as starts to shrink but it’s half the price of what I was paying at beauty works and that still shrank so I’m still very happy with it
Its lovely hair honestly try it you will not be disappointed , you can order samples too and they are exactly like the hair so you get a really good picture of what your buying

Hair quality is amazing it never fails!

The fringe i ordered was far to thick…
The fringe i ordered was far to thick was just a big clump stuck on the front on my hair didn't blend in at all with my hair waste of money the hair quality was lovely just the fringe wasnt right at all ai couldn't return as when you took it out of the net as was attached you wernt allowed to return and you couldn try on without removing from the net total waste of my money

Didn’t get along with the hair but the customer service was great
I didn’t get along with the nanos. My clips ins were great. The customer service was really good, Sarah dealt with my issues quickly and we came to a resolution. Shame about the nanos as if of continued using and used on clients too.

From sew ins to clip ins!
As I am having a break from my usual sew in I tried the one piece halo hair and because I have thick hair I added the topper hair piece all in golden blonde and wow it’s absolutely stunning! I do use it quite often and the quality is insane it holds curls really well and I’m happy with the hair! Arrived so quick too!

The weft is too thick. My hair is literally falling out. The hair is beautiful but the weft is too thick and heavy

To clarify, our wefts are intentionally designed this way as part of their construction to ensure durability, longevity, and a full salon finish once applied. The density and structure are standard for this type of weft and are not considered a fault or defect. For customers who prefer a lighter or more discreet option, we also offer a Flat Weft range, which provides a slimmer alternative.

I rang up to complain they said somebody would call back ,i never recived a call ,it was the worst extensions iv ever bought ,they dont lay flat i bought the ones that were silicone,they were ment to be invisible but because they send them through folded ,they lift at the edges ,dont buy the invisible silicone ones ,I did try to rectifie before leaving bad review but just ignored 🙁

As you can see from our many 5-star reviews, our customer service is something we are very proud of, and we always aim to support customers wherever possible.
Regarding the packaging, the hair is carefully wrapped in this way so that it can fit securely within the presentation box during transit. We do not normally receive complaints regarding the weft lifting at the edges, and due to the very soft and discreet nature of the weft band, this would usually settle and lay flat naturally once removed from the packaging and especially once clipped into the hair.

The quality of my 26 inches new extensions was bothering me & never has in buying extensions from Clip hair for years & years now (THEY ARE THE BEST) & i started using extentions in 1991 so I know my stuff ! We have checked the order and can confirm that there was no delivery charge applied to this purchase. The order was dispatched on time and was originally due for delivery the following day. However, the tracking information shows that the delivery date was then changed to the following day, and we can see that the parcel was successfully delivered today.
As we had not received any direct contact from you regarding a delay, we were unfortunately unaware there had been an issue. We send all orders out in good faith and rely on our courier partners to complete deliveries within the expected timeframe.

I’ve ordered a few times now from Cliphair (including many years ago). I’ve always found when I needed customer service they were very good. Quick to respond and sort things out fast. My last two orders (Tape i extensions and hair care products) were delivered super fast. The products were of good quality (The extensions lasted me 5+ months and would have gone much longer if my hair colour wasn’t now 2 shades lighter!). They are a company I would continue to use. Great quality at good prices. I would recommend.
