These people are scam artists do not waste your money here. They are liars and scammers. On arrival they tried to change the price they quoted. I refused to have the surgery and the try to cohearse me into signing contracts for no refund. Staff is completely unprofessional and drivers are lunatics. I may not get my money back but save yourself the money and trip. Complete scam.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the outcome of the surgery I underwent through your facility in Istanbul on 31/10/24.

After sharing photos and discussing my concerns for almost six months with you, you have reported the surgeon has seen the photos and concluded that I indicated for a mini tummy tuck and liposuction from the inner thighs.

I arrived at the hospital the day before the surgery, but Mr. Zafer did not see me until the following morning, just before the scheduled surgery. At that point, he told me that I don’t need the surgery that I was there for and was previously agreed upon before I traveled to Turkey.

He proposed a different procedure and gave me only 30 minutes to decide. Feeling pressured and unprepared, I reluctantly agreed. The result has been a large, unnecessary tummy tuck with a lengthy incision extending across my abdomen and around to my hips.

Additionally, there is now a noticeable swelling on my left hip just above the incision that appears through my clothing. I have never looked so bad. I feel like my body has been destroyed. This is clearly evident when comparing the pre and post surgery photos. It hugely affects my appearance and confidence.

I have since consulted with a plastic surgeon here in UK and he was extremely puzzled by the size of the incision. I have also since checked Dr Zafer’s website and was horrified that he is actually specialised in breast surgery.

Furthermore, about a month ago, during a video call with Mr. Zafer, he admitted that if the issue doesn’t correct, it would be the result of “poor planning” (his words) on his part.

It has now been four months since the surgery, and my condition remains unsatisfactory, requiring further medical intervention. This outcome has caused immense distress, and I am seeking compensation for the inadequate service and the need for corrective

I been asking for a compensation to repair my body and they wanted me to go back to the to the same Dr.. which of course l will not do it , l have to be crazy to go back to the same surgeon.
I can prove pictures before and after surgery , l can t expose myself confidently …

This place is an absolute scam. My friend went there to get his teeth done. When he arrived they try to charge him more money then agreed. He didn’t want the procedure and asked for refund and he is still waiting for it. The staff was racist. And the drivers are no good almost crashed 4 times on the trip.

Absolute scam. They quoted me a price. I arrived there and it went up by £2000. I asked for a refund in February and I’m still here waiting. Total scam. Terrible staff. Horrible drivers.

Die Clinik Prime ist die reinste Katastrophe. Gehen sie dort auf gar keinen Fall hin. Die Ärztin hat die Implantate zu nahe zusammen gesetzt. Es musste in Deutschland wieder entfernt werden da kein Knochen dazwischen war und somit das Implantat keinen Halt hatte. Das untere Implantat wurde schräg gesetzt viel zu nah an der Wurzel meines gesunden Zahnes.Siehe Foto.Diesen musste ich aufgrund dieses fatalen Fehlers ziehen lassen. Vor Ort wollen sie wesentlich mehr Geld. Riesenabzocke. Ich bereue es ohne Ende dass ich bei Clinik Prime war. Leider kann ich keine Röntgen Fotos hinzufügen um zu beweisen wie katastrophal die Arbeit von Clinic Prime war. ich war am 23. Februar 2024 in der Klinik. Meine Bewertung wurde gelöscht, daher schreibe ich diese noch mal.
Clinik Prime is a complete disaster. Don't go there under any circumstances. The doctor placed the implants too close together. They had to be removed in Germany because there was no bone between them and the implant had no hold. The lower implant was placed at an angle, much too close to the root of my healthy tooth.See Foto. I had to have it pulled because of this fatal mistake. They want a lot more money there. A huge rip-off. I regret going to Clinik Prime forever.
Unfortunately I can't add photos to prove how catastrophic the work of this clinic was. I was in the Clinic on February 23 , 2024. My Review, was deleted, so I’m Writing it again.

I recently had my rhinoplasty done at Medway Clinic in Istanbul, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Also, a special thank you to my wonderful aftercare nurse, Gokce, who took such great care of me during my recovery—always there with a smile and genuine kindness.

I would definitely recommend Medway Clinic to anyone considering a procedure. Not only is the service top-notch, but Istanbul is a beautiful country to visit, with such a welcoming atmosphere. 4 weeks post op for two surgeries and I am not happy at all. Before I went I was so self conscious and low I had two consultations online and sent a price. They also knew my medical history prior to going. Once your there they want more money from you for lung tests and if u don’t pass that they want more. I refused for second tests as this should have been added prior to price and they knew I had asthma. First operation I for was uplift and implants again was told what I’d get was happy got there and they couldn’t give implants wanted and now there smaller than before wish I hadn’t spent thousands pounds now on it totally pointless again I should of been told this with consultation. 2nd was intimate they did half the surgery that what was discussed in consultation if I wanted full lot done I was extra £1500!!! This was not discussed in consultation I am now worse than before I went and money down and more conciois than before they just want money. Three friends wanted to go iv advised them not too

I got my crown in Istanbul couple months ago and at first I love my smile but it didn’t long lasting. My crown is come off 😥. And I need to cost more in uk now. I love the way they treated me but the most important is quality.

In 2023, I had the pleasure of undergoing a veneer procedure with Medaway, and I am delighted to share my experience. The seamless transportation service continued throughout my stay, with regular pickups between the hotel and clinic, further enhancing the convenience and comfort of my visit.
One year later, I am thrilled with the results of my veneers. There have been no issues or discomfort, and they continue to look flawless. Given my satisfaction, I decided to proceed with a hair transplant in 2024, and once again, Medaway’s level of service did not disappoint. from the beginning to the end, I was really well surrounded. the tranfers and the drivers are really nice. the hotel staff is very caring and for the medical staff, it was really good, everybody was making sure I had everything I needed. Sefa was very nice during the process of removing the cast.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team, everyone was really accommodating from start to finish. All of my questions were answered and all of my confusion was cleared. Thorough tests were carried out to ensure my safety above all and I was informed of each step taken. I have been given detailed information about my post operational routine and expectations and also been provided with relevant contacts in case I have any questions or concerns. I was made to feel very comfortable despite not knowing any Turkish at all and always had an advisor to translate for me whenever I needed. The surgeon also checked up on me multiple times to ensure that I am making progress in my recovery and to ensure that all of my questions are answered. Although I was hesitant at the start, I have now learned that all my fears were proven wrong. Thank you to the team for making me feel like I am a family member.

I was dubious when my 18 year old son decided to self fund a rhinoplasty with Medaway in Istanbul. However, after much discussion, research and investigation I decided to agree to go with him as his companion.

I cannot say how much I was impressed with the first class standard of service, exquisite professionalism of the medical team and luxury of the facilities they provided.

My son had a successful surgery and was looked after impeccably.

For the cost and what was included it was outstanding.

I’ve had a really great experience with MedAway. I was picked up at the airport quickly, and taken to the hospital for my pre check up.

When arriving at the hospital I was shown my room and was introduced to the nurses that were looking after me.
I met with my surgeon Dr Taygun the next morning to discuss my treatment plan. Within 3 hour was off to have my surgery.
From waking up from the surgery, I was taken really good care of by the nurses. After a 2 day stay I was discharged to go the hotel, I opted to stay in the apartment block, a patient coordinator helped me with my bags to the car that was waiting for me.
Since being at the apartment I’ve had 2 visits from the hotel nurse to check how I’ve been.

I feel very well looked after and happy with my surgery results.

Fantastic from start to finish. Great correspondence over WhatsApp which provided all necessary details. Hotel and VIP transfer service was brilliant and the totally hassle free.

Excellent! Second to none.
Both me and my friend opened to have surgery consisting of extended tummy tuck and 4 areas of lipo. From first contact until now 1wk po, the support and journey had been unbelievable. Dr zafer was our surgeon he put up at ease made sure we understood everything and went out of his way to make sure we had best results and care.
Our co-ordinator, the nurses, cleaning staff and travel were all the best I have experienced.
The after care at the G hotel and the hotel was also second to none, from nurses coming every morning and night putting us at ease making sure we had the right dressings etc and helping us with any medical needs
