Machine was delivered damaged

Machine was delivered damaged, and terrible quality. I was told by several people in writing and verbally that I would have 30 days to decide if this was a good fit for our business. Within 24 hours of receiving novapod, I contacted Hadi and expressed dissatisfaction and requested a refund and would like to return it. He explained all sales are final. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back. This has been a nightmare of an experience!! Horrible!
