I was very hesitant to sign up with clinical marketer or any coaching group for that matter. But after 2 years of trying to get my business off the ground I knew something different needed to be done. I signed up for the booked program and remember being physically ill submitting payment but it honestly was the single greatest thing I could have done to propel my business forward. The return on investment is a no brainer. Aside from increasing monthly revenue 3x it gave me tools to streamline systems and process and gave me more of my time back. I can’t emphasize enough I strongly I recommend this program.

I opened my practice in the beginning of 2023 as a side hustle and went all in in May. Things were slowly improving and I was networking with locals gyms, but business was still not where I wanted it to be. I needed a reliable source of leads. I had minimal systems in place.

I am kind of a unique situation where I was wanting more of a lifestyle business by working in the clinic 3 days a week and being with my kids the other days.

A mantra my clinical practice is guided by is that excellence looks different. And I do feel that's what you get with the Clinical Marketer team here.

I have gone through other programs that have walked through "big picture stuff," and have even gotten away from trying to build a practice, moving to more online, course-based revenue. And I think that is good for some people, but that's not the direction I wanted to head initially. I felt like some of those programs zoomed out so far that I missed the minute details of how to run through things. That's not what you get here.

You have as much of the hand-holding as you want with course modules, three weekly live calls all on different topics, plus accountability calls with small groups, plus on-demand calls to troubleshoot through anything with the software... It's a phenomenal program. Oh and the live event they put on is actually fire. It's not a "rah rah" hype you up event. It's actually "leave with some tangible advice to implement" event.

My professor used to say that experts do the basics well, and that's really what's happening here. We're nailing down basics of marketing, sales, and business/practice structure and fine-tuning things to be as successful. And I think the only thing holding me back is me at this point; they have set me up to the point where I am going to be able to go full time with my practice and really make my life look so different than it does now.

I started watching CM's stuff from the very beginning ~5 years ago in their Facebook group and immediately knew that I wanted to work with them when I was to that point. And I have no doubt that I will continue to work with them in the future.

There is no doubt that my success in my PT business is due to the support and guidance of Clinical Marketer. The entire team along with the community members have helped me every step of the way. Not only did I find the support to be financially successful but I also become part of a group of PTs who are striving to provide excellent care to their patients and also live their personal lives to the fullest. After being through a couple other coaching programs and experiencing moderate benefit from them, I had a much better idea of what I was looking for when it came to business coaching. First, I wanted to work with a group who had a clear, step-by-step, tried-and-true strategy for growing my practice through marketing and sales techniques. Second, I wanted a well-formatted, organized business systems plan to allow me to manage leads and facilitate growth. Finally, I wanted consistent support (especially after another coaching program I'd previously done--which cost the same amount of money--left me feeling awkward about reaching out for help and often left my questions on read). With Clinical Marketer, Check in calls happen each week, with almost daily opportunities to interact with their team and other group members on group calls, in addition to 1:1 support that can be requested as-needed. They are good about outlining next steps each time you talk with them and, for a business newbie like me, this was the kind of handholding I'd hoped for.
All in all, CM delivered on all counts. I'm grateful that I went with them. You do need to be charismatic and know how to market yourself when you are a cash-based PT. This may not come naturally to all PTs, but CM provides you with strategies to build those skills.
