I am sharing my experience to inform other users.

I have a balance of 0.00629 BTC on IQ Mining, and I have been unable to withdraw
my funds for more than one year. Every withdrawal attempt is blocked with an
error, and the support team keeps sending the exact same automated message:

“We are aware of this issue. Our technical department is fixing it.”

This message has been repeated for more than twelve months with no real
explanation, no timeframe, and no actual solution.

Despite multiple support requests and even a formal written notice, my funds
remain inaccessible. At this point, the situation appears extremely concerning.

I recommend to not invest
on this platform.

ID 102726 : BTC 0.003990) on 09.11.2024 and thereafter, we have made several follow ups through your portal messaging interface. Unfortunately, we have not received any clear reply. Please escalate it to the higher authority and let us know the payment status. If you have already made the payment, please provide us with the hash of the transaction so that we can reconcile the payment. If you have not released the payment yet, please release both amounts without any further delay and provide us with the transaction hash.

They are all scammers, all the money invested is never returned at the end of the stipulated time.
You contact them via chat and the answer is always the same: “You have to make a deposit of 100 USD to be able to withdraw your funds”.
If you want to lose your money, invest it and then you will see the result.

He is a professional scammer. I sent money and documents, they didn't respond!
Don't be fooled!

I sent a few messages after depositing a hundred dollars, which a week passed and I did not receive any support. Do not be fooled by their advertising. They are professional scammers.
I decided to sue the addresses related to the pyramid scams

Like everyone here that do not get any return on their investment,i too get nothing.They payout just enough to cover their fees meaning that after your contract you end up with absolutely zero return and that includes your investment which is also gone.The best way to sum it up is this review on youtube which explains it all in a very informative unbiased view.

While btc grow in price they pay less each and every day?To me it seems that fewer or no people are joining them as they do not get money in to pay new investors ( PONZI)
So yeah i even tried to close the account and leave them but they said they can not as i still have active accounts even if it do me no good profit wise GRRR

my btc given last time now are about 10.000 usd equivalent
and i get paid only 30 dollars after that no more roi was paid and they keep all btc asking to invest more!!!!

about a 1 year ago, they say if your contract ended you will get back your money , i invested 4000$, now i get only 2500$ and my contract will end about 1 month now i have 0 profit i dont know what to doo tey just tell w8 and mine they are all lier a big SCAMERS...

Complete Scam. The maintenance fee is the same as the payout, basically you will lose whatever you pay in.

After posting this review IQmining have been emailing me contact trying to shut the review down (asking me to check my contract etc.). Look at how many other reviews they are trying to take down. Its all to keep their scam going.

It doesn't matter whats in the in the contract because its a scam. The contract you sign with them is a contract into the scam. Don't fall for it.

They are now claiming I'm not a customer and are trying to take down my review with Trustpilot. I'm now having to send Trustpilot proof of purchase. This is further proof they are scammers, they know I'm a customer as I have used the same email address for my iqmining account and Trustpilot so its not like they can't match my email address in their system.

They are hoping I don't provide Trustpilot with evidence so this review can be removed and more people can be scammed.

Biggest scam I ever saw. We had a 4-digit high maintenance contract and get 0 BTC since some months. We are very fruststed. Support is telling that we need to buy more ghs. We already bought thousands of euros contract. Please be very very careful! The promised earnings will come within first 3 months after that i receive 0 BTC. All earnings are away because of any „maintenace fees“. Please be not so stupid like me some months before!

I have been with them almost 9 months now. It started well getting good payouts straight away and now that I have invested over $4000 in total my payouts have suddenly gone done to the same as when I had only invested a few hundred $$$ thought it was too good to be true, dont be fooled in this site by the initial good payouts they will get you when you invest more!!!

Total cheat. I bought a contract in April this year. Up to this point, my production has fallen by 90%. when I asked why, I got answers, copy, paste, about the difficult market situation, cryptocurrency trading. In the end, it was written to me that I did not buy a contract for bitcoin mining, but for trading various cryptocurrencies. total nonsense, even the site name points to EXTRACTING, not TRADE.
After today's talk with the staff, I was turned off chat. I can no longer contact them. If you plan to invest your money, you'd better send it to me, it will do the same, and although I will be happier: D
