We had booked a hotel in Dubai with a non-refundable rate. Due to the current conflict in the Middle East, we were unfortunately unable to travel.

Even though our booking did not include free cancellation, the customer support team did everything they could to help us. They were extremely kind, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. In the end, they managed to arrange a full refund for us, which we truly appreciate.

We are very grateful for such outstanding customer service. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and effort to find a solution for us. It really made a difficult situation much easier.

Do not use - Fraudulent Bookings

I had a US hotel booking with Clicktrip, made about a month before. It was for a Doubletree Hilton property - a decent mid range hotel. I received a confirmation and voucher, and was told that Clicktrip had confirmed twice with the hotel.

The morning of the stay, Clicktrip emailed to say the hotel had overbooked and had cancelled my stay. They offered a 2* motel and a few euros as compensation. The motel was in no way comparable to the quality of the hotel booked and the euro amount was so small to not make up for it.

I was suspicious so I spoke to the hotel who said they had never confirmed a booking with my name or with click trip. I received in writing confirmation from the hotel that no reservation had been made. They said at the time of booking Clicktrip had made a request but the hotel had denied it immediately.

Clicktrip lied and engaged in fraud by taking my money and confirming to me that I had a hotel booked, when nothing was arranged. They then made up a reason on the day to enable them to substitute a much cheaper, worse property.

I believe this is classic bait and switch - they are hoping that you will accept the cheaper property which will have cost them a lot less.

Do not use Clicktrip - they caused so much stress and expense.

We would like to clarify the situation from our side. As an agency, we operate as an intermediary and do not contract directly with the hotel. We rely on the inventory and confirmations provided by our partners.

Once we received an urgent notification from our partner informing us that the hotel had been oversold, we immediately worked to provide solutions. An alternative accommodation was offered, and when it did not meet your expectations, we agreed to another option with a higher category hotel and offered to compensate 50% of the price difference on our side, even though this would have resulted in a financial loss for our agency.

However, this option was also not acceptable to you, and therefore, we proceeded with issuing a full refund.

We truly regret that this situation occurred. Overbooking cases, while rare, can happen within the hospitality industry and are unfortunately outside the agency’s control. Nevertheless, we made every possible effort to provide alternatives and reach a fair solution.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and remain committed to assisting you in the best possible way in any unforeseen circumstances.

i booked a room that was non-refundable. after payment i realise that the date i picked was wrong and need to change it.
Click Trip team where able to help me.
They could not change the date but worked so hard to secure approval for my refund.

Outstanding service and exceptional…

Outstanding service and exceptional customer care!

I would like to sincerely thank the entire Clicktrip team for their truly outstanding service. Despite the booking being non-refundable, they showed remarkable understanding, professionalism, and kindness by securing a free cancellation with a full refund.

Due to a serious family emergency, we had to leave unexpectedly, and the way Clicktrip handled the situation was absolutely exemplary. Clear communication, responsiveness, and genuine empathy throughout the process.

This level of customer service is rare to find. I will definitely book again with Clicktrip and highly recommend them without hesitation.

Great hotel reservation experience

I found the hotel I wanted at the price I wanted on Clicktrip (through Google maps). At first, I was very suspicious because the price of that hotel kept going up the past 2 days then all of a sudden, I find it at a lower price on clicktrip.

So I read Trustpilot reviews which seemed believable. I risked and booked. I emailed the hotel with my reservation info asap and they replied confirming my reservation exactly as offered by clicktrip (room type including buffet breakfast).

I just came back from the stay at this hotel and I am very satisfied. I will happily recommend Clicktrip based on this experience.
