I just wanted to clarify what happened:
Your parcel was marked by Yodel as “rejected by customer,” but you’ve said you didn’t see it.
As soon as you let me know (over the weekend), I sent a replacement via Royal Mail 24 the next day.
Unfortunately, the replacement was returned to me because the postcode provided was incorrect.
If you can confirm the correct address and postcode, I’ll arrange for it to be sent out again straight away.

Quick & excellent price
Standard delivery was super quick, excellent price, even beating Amazon. We initially thought the product was faulty, contacted the company who went the extra mile to discuss this with the manufacturers, then replied to us with an instructional video.
Definitely recommend a purchase from these guys!
