Service is always up and support is 24/7 and prompt. I'd definitely recommend for commercial SMS. Pricing is fairly competitive.

pretty simple, does what is says on the box without problems. was locked out of account as our IT had set up unknown email and mobile. Instantchat helped sort all at 5am in about 5 mins. great

Horrible customer service times...
Have been trying to fix an API and integration issue for over 2 weeks now... ClickSend for some reason decided to stop working, and their support system is absolute garbage.
I like the service, but I've been waiting for 10 days now to a response to a ticket. After creating a follow-up ticket a few days ago, still radio silence... how hard can it be?

Not free. A big "Gotach" for United States Users
While looking for a replacement for the now dead AT&T Email to TXT interface, ClickSend looked promising. I don't need it for high volume traffic, I might need just one or two messages per month from a transmitter control unit that lets me know the station is off the air or tower lights have failed. While they said there was a free trial and subsequent messages were 2.5 cents each the big "GOTCHA" was that you have to "buy" one of THEIR phone numbers! Oddly enough the least expensive option was a toll free number but it was still a few dollars a month on top of the price per message. To me their advertising was deceptive by not mentioning this added cost before I went to the trouble of creating an account.I hate paying for something that I once was able to do for free. So I'm looking at other providers now.
