This is a useless company feeding on people. I setup and autopay for my HOA dues thru clickpay. They send me a remainder 15 days before the date of autopay. Apparently the autopay did not happen and I had to pay another $100/- as penalty. Why they are seeking business from the other businesses when they can not be responsible for their lack of knowledge on how to do business.

Customer service chat feature is deceiving. You wait about 20 mins in line to chat with someone. Once you're with an agent they say nothing for 10 minutes. When they type anything, no one is on the other end that is actually trying to help. They copy and paste the same answers to you while taking 5-10 minutes to respond. It is a joke. Auto-bots have been more helpful than these people who can't even type grammatically correct. And then have the audacity to copy and paste grammatically incorrect responses that they just used earlier in the chat.
