Long delays with no warning and ignores requests.
According to CS, they have too many orders to deal with and have a 8 working day processing time. Yet they are still hard selling offers and deals and no-doubt taking even more orders. The long delay I could have accepted IF I had been made aware of that prior to my order (Was noted as a 3 working day processing time). Very little communication and even when a complaint was sent in asking for them to have either processed it by today (Monday) or please refund (as the order was for a half term treat for the kids). I get a bland apology and that it will be processed as soon as they are able (cue the 8 working day processing time).
Not too happy with my request for a refund being ignored but whatever, I asked if one of their deals could be added to the order (As the deal was coming to an end and frankly I'm not going to do a new order when I'm still waiting for my existing order) and was told bluntly by the GM (According to the email) that deals cannot be added to orders.
While I understand its a small family business, customer service doesn't cost much. Keeping customers informed of delays and giving them ETA's is key when there is a delay (Especially when the website states all orders will be dispatched within 3 days). But as my order hasn't been processed yet, they wouldn't even allow me to add to it?
It feels like the company is intent on gathering as many orders as possible, cite delays but still do the hard sell on new customers/orders and then do squat about it.
I will not be giving them my custom again and doubt if I will see the refund from my order that hasn't even been processed yet.

Good selection, good service, no issues.
I've had a few things from them and it's always been good. I love looking what they have and love to try new things. Me and my husband like to try snacks from all over the world. He loves American ones the most so these guys are great and normally have a good selection.

Amazing deals!
You can get some great buys here. I especially love the deals they put on which are usually under £1. The packaging of my items was 10/10 nothing was damaged during shipping. Would 100% recommend shopping here to anyone and I will certainly be shopping here again.
