Great communication from the team and a superb product. Cant fault anything at all from start to finish. Initial delivery was a pallet with a top up of a box a few days later (because I didn't order enough). Both deliveries were faultless.

Fab balcony table just what I was after. Really good quality

The company were quick to respond to questions and the composite decking tiles that I ordered were delivered shortly after ordering them. They are good quality, easy to install and to cut to size, provided you have an electric jig saw with the right blade for the job. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for such tiles.

I have recently bought Click-Deck's composite tiles for my balcony. Graham estimated the quantity I would need very accurately, the order was put through quickly and delivery via DPD was efficient. I had a friend to help me lay the tiles although strictly speaking this wasn't necessary as it could easily be a one person job. The tiles were easy to lay and easy to cut to size with a jigsaw. We laid the large balcony in two half days. I laid them in rotation which adds interest and I now have a very smart looking balcony. Am extremely pleased I bought from Click Deck and not from a cheaper retailer. Their customer service has been first class all the way through the process and I am a very happy customer!

I ordered a large quantity of composite tiling for a couple of balconies. The product looks really good and went together fairly easily. There was 1 corner piece missing in the delivery which was posted immediately without quibble, and Graham followed up with an email checking I had received the missing part. Good product and excellent service. Would recommend.

I needed to deck my roof terrace and this solution couldn’t have been easier. It looks amazing and has brightened up the space no end.

The click deck product is excellent and it looks like it will stand up to many years of use.
Delivery was accident the price of highly competitive and the finished product looks great.
The only issue we had is there was a little bit of filling required which was could not be managed by cutting down a slat to size so we had to source a rubber filler to complete the job.

Great online experience! I bought a set of 3 wooden planters made to look like whisky barrels, to replace some old ones that are starting to rot in the garden. I ordered the products on the 2nd of November, mainly because there was an off-season sale price on offer. The products were shipped the next day, and DPD duly delivered the planters on the 5th of November. Products look very robust and aesthetically pleasing, but as I have yet to use them, I cannot say much more than that for now. However, I will say how pleased I was that the products were so well packaged, to ensure that there was not a single scratch on them. I will happily buy from this company again.

Before purchasing spoke to company about which product would be best as l wanted minimal maintenance work , they suggested the composite tile so ordered a sample which arrived very promptly, the tile were easy to lay and look great . Thanks for your help great service

We purchased from this company as iit had such a good selection , we ordered click deck tiles in hardwood and are so impressed they are excellent quality and so smart looking !

Great product with many uses. We used 2 packs to create a presentable area outside the front door which enhanced the look.
