There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that without Clickcease, I wouldn't have been able to save at least 33% daily cost for my business. If I've made one investment that's truly paid off, it would be paying for Clickclease. Before signing up for the subscription plan I had a lot of questions and Clickcease was quick and courteous with their response. It was super easy to install, to use, and monitor performance. Aleks provided awesome service, he truly lives up to the customer service superstar!

Am sorry! but I don't recommend it anymore, recently the support is very bad with the change of employees or the change of strategy in serving old customers! I made the annual payment and the customer service got really bad. Recently I noticed that in one year I only had an invoice for the service provided for about 4 months, without the other invoices I had problems with the tax authorities, because I could not include it in the income tax return! I contacted them and they told me they would fix the problem, but it's been months and nothing, not even a response! I go into support and nothing! I won't deny that I like the Tool, but if you need support, you'll end up losing your customers one by one, so I don't recommend it at the moment!

Lamento! mas não recomendo mais, recentemente o suporte tá muito ruim com a troca de funcionário ou a mudança de estratégia no atendimento pra clientes antigos! Fiz o pagamento anual e o atendimento ao cliente ficou muito ruim. Recentemente verifiquei que em um ano só tinha nota fiscal do serviço prestado de uns 4 meses, sem as outras notas fiscais fiquei com problemas o fisco, por eu não poder incluir na declaração do imposto de renda! Entrei em contato e me disseram que iriam resolver o problema, mas já faz meses e nada, nem resposta! Entro no suporte e nada! Não vou negar que Gosto da Ferramenta, mas se precisar de suporte, vai acabar perdendo seus clientes um a um, portanto no momento não recomendo!

I had stopped using them before to save money, but then my client recently just slammed with a bunch of clicks which disrupted my Google Ads campaign. I will say that their customer service is legit and I am happy with them. Something I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent product.. I can’t imagine advertising without it now.
The support is top notch and the app has a lot of informative instructional videos for every section which I have found to be exceptionally handy. Additionally, I’ve used the live chat support for answers to my myriad of questions and they have been equally informative and very responsive.
I feel more confident advertising and am now upping my adspend.

Probably the best customer service i have ever received. If i have any questions at all i just pop on the live chat and get connected to an expert immediately. I can then ask them as many things as I want and they all get answered in brilliant detail every time. so easy and great.

Be careful about what they say.

They can't blacklist ANY ip on smart google campaigns and Performance Max campaigns. Even if they have wrote an article about it, this is NOT true. I spoke with them in the chat. After digging few hours, they admited that it was not possible.

BUT in the same time, they write articles on the web that they do it perfectly.
