Spoke with Sam today, she was really helpful and spoke me through everything. She answered all questions I put forward and really reassured me. She is an asset to the team and has made a good impression. This is the first time I have spoken to the company and as someone who works in the insurance industry it has impressed me.

They ticked enough boxes to convince me
I did some research on GAP insurance and liked that Martin Lewis had recommended these guys. Not the cheapest I found not the dearest either.
I had some questions from my research and Sam answered these for me, and as such I signed up for their GAP insurance.

Amazing customer service
You can't get category cars covered by them, but I paid and I didn't realise , but the company people were really helpful, I wish if they had a system that could automatically detect such a car and say no to customer it would be easy but I'm happy with them, amazing customer service
