Cheapest online for a reason . . .
Awful from start to finish. It was a massive battle to receive my policy documents through - I had to call multiple times which was a drain on time. I purchased a 4 star warranty cover, ironically for peace of mind that I'd have a more enhanced cover. Firstly I find out that cars over 90,000 miles have a 40% access fee - this was not made clear at time of purchase, but hey it was probably in small print on 30 pages of t's and c's somewhere. ..
Secondly when I did have repair work carried out they decline my claim leaving for me to pay for it in full. The grounds of which they denied the claim are that "the electrical part was not a listed part" - it was a battery control module that controls all the electric in the car, from starting the engine, the electric boot and electric folding wing mirrors. A complete and utter waste of money. I would never use these again. Steer clear

Humans helpful so maybe don’t purchase online.
Purchased a 5* 3 year warranty online on Bank Holiday Monday. Received no email confirmation of purchase and no email when I tried to set up an account with them. Rang the following morning and the very pleasant advisor told me it was because it was Bank Holiday and I would definitely receive email confirmation within a few hours. By 4.45pm I still had nothing so I emailed them. No explanation or apology, just replied with details of what I’d purchased and my policy number. Granted, that’s what I’d asked for, but I shouldn’t have had to chase it.
Great price but I hope that if I ever have to claim, the responses are a little more reliable.

Samantha was very good at her job…
Samantha was very good at her job explained everything that needed to be done and explained all the legal stuff et cetera. Yes, you think normal car insurance to do the full amount when they pay you out but obviously they don’t say you’ve got to pay out more so it don’t, but it’s worth it and I’ve been with. Click for group for quite some time so happy with the service.
