Repeatedly glitchy item and refund refusal

I purchased Apple AirPods from Click3Click via OnBuy in May 2025. Shortly after purchase, they began experiencing serious faults, including loud crackling and fizzing noises, audio cutting out, and the headphones randomly switching between modes without any input.

I followed the process I was directed to and pursued multiple repairs through Apple. Both the left and right AirPods have been replaced, yet the exact same faults persist, making the product unreliable and often unusable.

After months of dealing with this, I requested a refund from the seller. Despite the clear history of repeated faults and failed repairs, Click3Click have refused to provide a refund and continue to rely on a 30-day returns policy, which is not applicable to faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Communication has been extremely poor. Responses are generic, repetitive, and do not engage with the actual issue raised.

Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Scam company
Tried to buy an item- perfume set. Clicked pay by PayPal, payment went through, went to the next page to confirm shipping address, I did and then it told me to add a valid shipping address… which it was. Only button to ‘pay now’ didn’t do anything.
Cancelled the payment in my bank.
Transaction showed as a ‘Stef Martin’

Aipod 4 with ANC

Bought Airpod 4's from OnBuy.com, checked their reviews and saw the site was legit, however, i wish i had looked into Click3Click aswell.

The Airpods arrived, in a clean and new Apple Airpods box, still sealed, I opened it up and it had all the paperwork and looked Legit. I used the serial number and checked the authenticity on the Apple website and they flagged as certified (legit), however, when using the "FindMy" App, this is where i ran into issues, as it flagged the products as mismatched.

I spoke to Apple support who confirmed one of the pieces either the L pod / R pod or the charging case, were registered and "Find My Locked" to another Apple Account, and they were unable to remove this.

Although the headphones did work, including the noise cancelling, i would never be able to track the Airpods using the App. For only £20 less than from the apple store, i sent them back and purchased legitimate from Apple instead.

I was missold goods that were supposed to be ‘ new ‘ avoid this company !!

I purchased what was advertised as ‘new’ Apple Air Pods - when the box arrived I could see it was definitely not ‘new’ I also wasn’t sure if it was genuine !! Only on the state of the box and the security labels - I never opened it as I was suspicious! I queried this with them and they were adamant that the ear pods were both ‘genuine’ and ‘ brand new ‘ they tried to back this up by sending me evidence that the Apple warranty had another 11 months left on it !! That in itself proved to me that the product was definitely not new. To be fair to click3click the communication I had with them throughout this process was both professional and quick. They even sent me a returns label and gave a full refund. However I would not use them again, I’ve learnt my lesson if you want a genuine - new product go to the manufacturer or at least a reputable seller - you might pay a bit more but definitely worth it !!

Avoid - faulty products and fake guarantees

I purchased a replacement airpod with a one year guarantee. It broke a few months before the end of the guarantee period so I contacted them and sent several messages, they never got back to me and the guarantee was not upheld and now I have a faulty product and am out of pocket.
Avoid!!

Scammers, avoid at all costs

Bought AirPods Pro from eBay which broke within a few weeks, unfortunately past the return date. I returned anyway as they were faulty and they ‘checked them with their experts’ and said they were fixed so they’d send them back to me instead of a refund. They sent me a different pair which were also broken and still attached to the previous owner’s Apple ID. Absolute radio silence from them now, no hope of getting my money back. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

AVOID

Please use another seller! This seller is absolutely one of the worst that I’ve ever come across. The item that I bought on 29/11 didn’t arrive on time and I have been continually asked to wait longer. The last time they said that, they added that if it doesn’t arrive by the morning of 18th Dec, they’ll send another pair next day delivery. Guess what, still no item and they’ve gone back on their word and asked me to wait longer. They also refuse to provide any tracking information, so I highly doubt that the item has even been sent. AVOID

19/12 Update: Another lie received from this seller yesterday telling me that my order will be delivered today 19/12. Where’s the tracking number/info click3click??

Scammers

Scammers. Returned faulty airpods in July and have spent the last 4 months chasing them and being given the run around. I don't live too far, my husband is planning to knock at their door. That will be a nice surprise for them!

Bought apple Air pods Pro, checked bar code when they arrived with apple. It was not recognised, sent their product back via e bay the next day, the day it arrived thry flagged e bay with photos of their own returned I pods stating I had sent an unothentic item back. I was banned from buying and selling on e bay and refused a refund.i was so upset but luckily I paid with pay pal and they managed to retrieve my refund within 14 days. Avoid this company at all costs. Its a zero mark from me on trust pilot.

Poor customer service

Prior to placing my order I noticed delivery time to be 4-6 days. I placed my order only to read again that delivery is around first week of August. It just didn’t make sense to place an order on 13/7 and get delivery in August. I raised this on onebuy.com with click3click and made them aware that I am happy to pay for express delivery because I would rather cancel the order than wait for up to August to get my item (this was just an airpod). The next thing I had was an email from onebuy.com that my order has been cancelled by click3click on my request. That was surprising and beyond poor customer service. The fact that they have no arrangement to offer earlier delivery and cancelling my order straightaway because I asked for same says a lot about them. It was my first time buying from them and it was just bad.
