Poor communication. Long wait for treatment.
My child was referred to this company by my dentist for a simple X-ray. After a few weeks of not having heard from them, I called them. They said there's a 9 month wait to be seen. My child isn't even having braces, just a simple x-ray. After 9 months, I heard nothing, so I called and they said the wait was 1 year. After 1 year, they said the wait was 18 months.
I know other orthodontists in the area have closed and that is not their fault but what I fault them for is, 1. Not keeping me informed, 2. Refusing to tell me where we are in the queue after asking, and 3. Not allowing me to pay for a private x-ray.
I cannot rate their care as I haven't experienced it yet, but their customer service/care is severely lacking.
