Clerx is great. They worked really closely with the firm to make sure to optimize to our needs, which most companies do not do. They're also super responsive in that anything we needed adjusted or changed, they helped us quickly. We are a busy immigration law firm from NJ with a large team, and over the last couple of years the demand for immigration services has grown significantly. At one point, it became very difficult for our team to keep up with the number of calls we were receiving, so that's why we sought them out in the first place. We're still here nearly 2 years later and I think that really says something for the quality.
