Bought a TV from Richer sounds and they arranged for ClemoTech to install it on a wall for us. As it was 85 inches it was not something that we were able to do ourselves. They arrived early and did a fantastic job,hoovered the area after and were really friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Extremely satisfied with the service this morning. Peter and his colleague were very polite and helpful. They did the job with care fitting a new aerial then re-tuning our TV. They were extremely clean and tidy throughout the job. We would highly recommend them.

After finishing work on my property, I decided to get a new OLED TV, TV Stand and Blu-Ray Player. Following some research, I bought everything from Richer Sounds who were very knowledgeable and highly competitive. As the work on my house also required me to turn off my Sky Q box, I asked Richer to recommend an installer who would also be able to install my Sky Q box and a new router. They recommended ClemoTech.

ClemoTech is an Approved Installer for the Richer Sounds audio visual range of products and my experience with this company has been great from start to finish. For a very reasonable charge, one of the company’s technical experts, Peter, unboxed all of the products and set up everything for me including the Sky Q box and router in next to no time. Then, Peter showed me how it all worked and invited me to ask as many questions as required. It was a real comfort to find this level of customer service from someone who was highly competent, friendly and courteous. Not only that, Peter called me before arrival and was on time. So, if you want a stress-free audio visual installation from nice people, call ClemoTech or ask Richer Sounds for an introduction to them.

I had a problem with the signalling on my tv and had Clemotech look at it. Initially I thought I would need an outside arial as currently I have a loft one, the engineer came to look at my system and I only needed replacement wiring. He was very helpful and was not trying to get more money for the company by insisting that I needed an outside arial. I feel that other companies would have wanted to get the most out of you financially. I would highly recommend Clemotech Tech to anyone and their charges are fair compared to other installation companies I have used.

Recently bought a TV Package from Richer Sounds in Weybridge who were fantastically knowledgeable guys and match any advertised prices from the bigger stores - and importantly offer that high street missing personal service. They work with a company called CLEMOTECH who will if required collect from Richer Sounds what you have purchased (no charge added for this collection) - you just pay a very reasonable charge for the set up which i highly recommend - they come and completely set up everything for you taking away all that stress and removing the packaging unless of course some may be required to keep for warranty period. They show you how everything works and do not leave until you are completely satisfied. All the team (especially Peter) are absolutely WORLD CLASS - so friendly, knowledge second to none, courteous, on time and all the things you would expect for a reliable and perfect customer experience.

Liam and his colleagues (on behalf of Richer Sounds) installed and set up our TV (including wall-mounting, running an aerial cable and cable management), soundbar and media cabinet, as well as running us through a demonstration of how to use everything. They were very professional, timely and gave us great impartial advice regarding things like the wall-mounting position and the best settings to use. We’d gladly use their services again and would be happy to recommend them to whoever wants to set up such a system and is too intimidated to do it themselves.

These guys have never let me down and get better by the day with reliability, and quality of work they do. I will never understand why sky does not employ the services of such true craftsmen to deliver quality. I cannot recommend them enough. Team of very dedicated staff who go above and beyond to deliver unrivalled quality service. What takes a supposed Sky 'special' team hours/days to do was completed in under half an hour by their team. Highly recommended
