We recently engaged Clear Move Workspace to support both our office relocation and the dilapidation works for our previous office in High Street Kensington, which we had occupied for over 20 years, moving into our new site in St James, the service was exceptional from start to finish.
Clear Moves workspace managed the full relocation of our furniture as well as the complete clearance of the old office, every aspect was handing professionally and effective, giving confidence throughout the process.

Straightforward and helpful - would recommend

Bex in the office was great at communicating and scheduling (at short notice), and the team on the day headed by Jon was super friendly, easygoing and helpful. They weren't fazed by the random mix of stuff we had to get rid of, and I know that the furniture will go somewhere it can be of use, if possible. Would definitely recommend this one-stop service, it took away a lot of stress.

My Experience
I contacted Clear Workspace via their “Sell Your Furniture” form, so I was under the impression that the quote I received was for the purchase of my office furniture. Once the items had been removed, I was shocked to receive an invoice charging for the removal instead.
Although the initial miscommunication caused frustration, the company took the time to speak with me directly and offered a resolution by reducing the invoice. Not the ideal outcome, but I accept responsibility for not thoroughly reading the T&Cs, and confirming that I wanted to sell, not clear the items. As this was my first time using such a service, I’ll put it down to a learning experience.
Great experience - quick and efficient!
The communication with Bex was quick and efficient. The removal team turned up on time and were friendly, helpful and presentable. They carried out the removal without too much disturbance and dismantled any furniture that could not be fitted into the lifts for removal. The removal was completed efficiently and on time. All in all a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if the need arose.

From our initial enquiry until collection of the items requiring disposal, Clear Work Space was always excellent in their communications with us especially as our requirements kept changing.
Their quote was the most competitive, their office contact (Bex) was always extremely helpful, and the gentleman who carried out the emptying of our office were very friendly, helpful and quick. I can't praise Clear Work Space enough and would recommend them to anyone who has an office to be cleared. Clear Work Space quoted a reduction on their fee for any items of furniture they were able to pass on to schools or charities, so that not all items ended up in landfill, which was very important to us.

Great experience
Clear Work Space did an 60+ seat office clearance for us, not a straight forward job as it was a Grade 11 listed building, so lots of small rooms and large furniture to manoeuvre.
They were really easy to deal with, competitively priced and reliable. All in all a great job.

Super helpful and respectful
Moving is always stressful and we had very limited time. Clear Workspace were amazing from the first call to the completion of work. At short notice Clear Workspace arranged for one of their teams to undertake a clear and move from various offices at our site. Work was completed swiftly and safely in a respectful manner (as there were other organisations still working within the building) ensuring noise levels and disruption were kept to a minimum.
A second date was organised to complete unexpected works, once again super helpful and demonstrated what a respectful workforce Clear Workspace have. This all made the move a little less stressful for us, thank you.
