this company i delt with mohamid and zeesham best solicitors ever they were very professional caring supportive and went above the extra mile in the 3 years nearly iv had them helping me they never let me down and made me a much happier person i would strongly recommend them to anyone at first the process is slow for a few months but after that it picks up and is great help to me they kept me informed of very detail and have almost settled my claim after a long battle with the local council. i would like to say a massive thanks and when you call them or email they reply like in minutes sometimes hours but no more then 2 days very quick response thanks so much guys your a great support and help to my life without your help i be lsot take care stay safe and will stay in touch will use them again if needed hope not but they there if i do take care and stay safe .. thomas hall xx

It's all depend who was handling your case. My case was handle by more then 5 different file handlers from 2015 to 2020. First lady Ms S.Jerum was very professional and efficient with in 6 months she had done a lot of progress. Once she left the company then different file handlers and different stories. Never replied on time and some time never called back. Finally Mr Hussnain followed my case and he was efficient and always followed the case on time. Hard work and very professional. Mr Hussnain knew his responsibilities. Well done.

Well I’ll keep this short a load of rubbish waste of time watch the small print they assured me comp recieved nothing

I recently went to Clearwater solicitors about selling a family house which we have had since 1864 before electric title deeds were in place!!! They sorted all the paperwork out somehow and the sale is complete . Thank you so much . Hopefully next one will be easier .

Oh dear me I have had a terrible experience with Clearwater where have they got these comedians from every time I have rang them if you get through someone new has taken over your case lyres they haven’t a clue I’m still suffering and got ripped off by Clearwater if you don’t want compensation call them comedians they will do a very bad job I am in the process of suing them

My file handler was polite and courteous, he was always available whenever I called. He assured me he would settle the matter even though it took slightly longer than I expected. But I was happy with my award for damages which made up for it in the end. Thanks
