worse customer experience ever

worse customer experience ever.

Paid for 3 months, never been able to use it and never got back to me.

After 3 months, they contact me offering a 45 days voucher (half of what I paid for)

Clear VPN is great on all devices, but...

Very happy with Clean My Mac and Clear VPN. Great software. Clear VPN is running on four of my devices, but I think on one of my two mac-mini's (both are running Monterey 12.6) Clear VPN isn't configured properly. On one, my connection speed is 400-600 MB/s with or without VPN active. On the other, my speed is 20-30 MB/s when VPN is active and 400-600 when VPN is off. On the first, configuration for VPN was automatic upon installing the app. So, how to configure the other installation for optimum speed? Not certain how to do this so I will seek tech support.

Time loss and frustration

I've been trying to use ClearVPN for over a year now but with every attempt to activate a shortcut or just log in, there is a problem that takes time to resolve.

In the worst case, like today, we give up making it work on the devices we want to and accept the fact that we just spend 30 min of our lives trying to make a product we paid for work.
In the best case, I start communicating with the support and after 3 days or so of emails back and forth, the app works. Till 2 days later, when I have to re-install it again.
I like the company and their idea with nifty shortcuts, but am getting so frustrated with the product that feels so unstable across all my devices, that consirder asking for money back. Too bad!

Yet another day I decide to dedicate anothe 3 min to write the review.

Glory to Ukraine!

Really nice-looking app with awesome UX, as well as VPN service itself. The only missing thing is a Chrome extension, but not a big deal for me.
