First of all I have been a member since this credit union was US Airways Federal Credit Union. I have their master card and discovered a fraudulent charge. I chatted with a customer service rep from CFCU and she directed me to call Mastercard. I did. The agent was not interested in helping me and upon the second call to Master card two weeks later - I discovered the first call rep had not reported the fraudulent transaction. So I contacted the branch, and was put on hold for over an hour. I was courteous, patient simply asking for help. The fourth call got Jordan a Manager - she was able to tell me that it would be 30 days before this transaction could be removed and gave excuses. So after being a customer since the 1990's I am closing all accounts. The master card customer service was incompetent on a level that should not be tolerated. On a positive note, we were discussing getting our next mortgage thru CFCU, so it sounds like we dodged some major headaches by not going there. CFCU used to have stellar customer service.
