I ordered a watch and did not receive it even after a month. I emailed the customer service and was told to wait 10-15 days. When I still didn’t receive the order I requested for a refund. I never received a refund. I have been trying to reach them since months to get my money back.
I ordered a product and did not recieve everything to make it work. As other they offer 20 to 30 percent discount but I still have a non working product from them. Seriously bad company and service

I purchased 5 watches on February 22, 2019 and I STILL have yet to receive the Items I purchased and I paid for faster delivery was emailed about a tracking number that wasn't correct have yet to hear from anyone as to receiving a refund
It sucked we paid for two watches and got one free that's nice, but one of the watches we paid for doesn't work... And your support sucks... I expect to get my money back for the watch that didn't work... First you offer me 25% (ish) of what we have paid I say no then u offer 50% (ish) of what we have paid, like are you serious? The watch doesn't work?!
P.S. the quality of all the watches we reviewed wasn't as shown on the pictures..
