ClearScore has been extremely poor in terms of accuracy and updates. For the past six months it has incorrectly stated that I have 0 open or active credit card accounts, which is factually wrong. Despite this being a significant error, the information has never been corrected or refreshed.

In contrast, other credit report providers such as CreditKarma and TotallyMoney update regularly and display my accounts accurately and up to date. This makes ClearScore unreliable and frustrating to use, as the whole purpose of a credit reporting service is to provide current and correct financial information. Based on my experience, ClearScore performs far worse than its competitors and I would not recommend it.

Accessable and easy to understand website, scoring system.

Huge help for those without money skills or credit score understanding with both visual and written outputs such as how to improve your score, where to improve your score and a list of to do to get going alongside video tutorials to help better understand the process of improving your history.

Clear score it's amazing

The site is very easy to navigate and understand

bombarded with spam emails, no option to unsubscribe, unless you go through the full process of logging on and changing your email preferences, and then I tried to delete my account but was told I couldn't as something went wrong. Complete joke of a company.

Clear score asked me to write a review and to be honest they like the finance company make you believe you can get good deal. The problem lies there is not the true fats and the correct figures. They use the term representative - which actually doesn’t represent my score . Don’t waste your time

I was wanting to know my credit score for a while Experian were wanting a monthly fee after a free trial but clear score was not only free by so simple to get my score and I was pleasantly surprised by it. It would give me the confidence to apply for credit that I didn't have before

They will not stop phoning you even if you state you're not interested, also other company's will contact you. Blocking numbers daily
