Subscription Service Disappointing
I'm disappointed that I didn't receive an email reminding me that my subscription order would be processed in the next few days offering me the opportunity to make changes prior to the order being placed. Its frustrating that I received an email that told me my order had already been processed and that I would only have an hour to cancel it. By the time I checked my email I only had a few minutes left to try to cancel. When I clicked the link in the email to cancel it took me to a page where it was not at all clear what I needed to do to cancel. I initiated a chat but after sending a message I was told that the chat was now over. I tried this several times but the window to cancel had ended.

Service was fast and easy to use. However I think my glasses are not the right perscription... looking down and side to side its perfect but streight ahead doesn't.

I had a disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Clearly.ca.
I ordered prescription glasses and paid for the most expedited shipping option, which included a guaranteed delivery date. That date came and went with no delivery. Four days later, I checked the tracking and saw that the package had reached my local area, but then unexpectedly left the province.
When I contacted customer support, I was told the order was being returned to Clearly for no known reason. I asked if the glasses could simply be re-shipped once received, but was told this was not possible because returned items are destroyed. I then asked if a replacement could be made and expedited, and was told it would take up to two weeks, with a refund to follow at some point.
Because I needed glasses urgently, I went out and paid for an expensive rush order locally. The very next day, nearly a full week after the original guaranteed delivery date, my Clearly order unexpectedly arrived anyway.
At no point did Clearly communicate that the package might still be delivered. Had I been informed, I would not have spent additional money on a second pair. I was also not offered any refund for the expedited shipping that failed to meet its guarantee.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and costly.
