What a brilliant company to deal with. I have used them twice now and the service level is top notch. Getting a call on a Sunday evening from the MD to query my order to ensure it was correct is not something you expect but it happened.

I received my order expecting the items to be hall marked. Couldn't find one on any charms bracelets or necklaces.

I picked up Clear Crystal typically on an advert on Facebook. There was an offer on for two items which I thought would be useful plus they were a couple of items I wanted to buy as gifts. Great value for money good quality items, most of them are well made except there was a cord bracelet that was a bit frayed, but otherwise arrived quickly and the extra items have been Ben squirrel away for gifts later in the year. Be aware, not all watches come with batteries in them.

Decent gimmick with the 2 free advent calendars worth £200.
But let's be honest if I bought 1 of those calendars for £100 I would be in jail now for beating someone to death for selling me cheap tat at premium rates.

The quality of my items are really beautiful well made. I would like to make a suggestion. The necklace I purchased was quite small. It fit my niece who is 12. It would be good to have maybe different lengths. I know you sell your stock at amazingly low prices. That shows in the great quality of each andevery item. Even the 2 free advents calanders that came with my order. Delivery was really quick aswell. I would definitly buy from you again in the future.

Absolutely love there jewellery really lovely pieces and they do fantastic deals the free gifts are really great have ordered from them several times now and love most of it the only things that disappoints me is the way the necklaces come they get very tangled which isn't great but quality is nice very sparkly also my only other little disappointment is a few bits that have arrived have been broken but its always been the free stuff so can't really complain and it can probably be fixed not a massive problem seen as you get 10 items free amazing i also love the fact that some of your free gifts or not jewellery getting a mix of stuff is brilliant i will definitely be buying more and more and oh yes more lol

I have purchased more items I think this is my 5th purchase and all I can say is wow the jewellery is lovely and the free gifts are even better so Xmas is sorted for presents this year

The jewellery I bought was good but the freebie stuff. Was cheap and nasty 2 advent calendsrs were exactly the same and it was not worth the alleged £300 more like £20

The watch sent did not work. The rings are too small. Generally poor quality goods in most cases. Only a couple of items worth keeping.

Everything you sent me including the free gifts were a load of TAT all of the purchases went straight into the garbage bin
There wasn't even a return slip to return them back

I have just received my beautiful galaxy pendant and necklace.Great quality madebeautifully. Sadly the necklace is really small I feel it would fit a childs neck better. I get you are selling these beautiful pendants and necklaces. Maybe consider offering different sizes in your necklaces . Other than that extremly satified with my purchase.
