Slot Grill is complete garbage. Made of super thin sheet metal that warped and bent immediately after heating charcoal. It barely cooked 5 hot dogs before falling apart. Don’t believe the advertising... See more

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER
I ordered something from them for a Christmas present. It is now April 14th and there is still no bowl.
The product was so cheaply made
The product was so cheaply made. I tried to return it, they would not return my money. I paid $90 for serving bowls that are attached & when it arrived, there was no way I was putting food on it for fear of contamination.
Egregious.
This was the worst purchase I've ever…
This was the worst purchase I've ever made. Bought two Christmas gifts on November 18th and they didn't arrive until January 15th. I tried to cancel several times and they kept telling me they were on the way. Products arrived and they were junk!! Tried to return and they said that wasn't an option. They offered me a refund of $18 on $156. Total ripoff!
I'm embarrassed to have fallen for…
I'm embarrassed to have fallen for this. What was supposed to be a set of beautiful cluster bowls ended up being a set of what looked like spray painted (the wrong color incidentally) plastic pie dishes. The epitome of false advertising. They offered me $5 to apply to future purchases (ha!) or to ship back to China. It's a fraud and a disgrace.
This is absolute trash
This is absolute trash. The item I received is nothing at all like what I ordered. It took over a month for it to arrive. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
The item I purchased is NOTHING near…
The item I purchased is NOTHING near what was advertised. It took over a month to get to me and it was garbage quality. I ordered a cluster tray that looked like on piece, durable metal with a gold finish. I got 4 tin pieces, spray painted with cheap paint that was chipped. The packaging was opened. I paid way too much for it and advise to NEVER ORDER from this company. SCAMMERS if I could upload what was "purchased" and what was sent, it would justify all the bad reviews. They have offered different "refunds" between $5 usd to $29 usd. They refuse to acknowledge fraudulent advertisement. Keep going after them and dispute charges with your cc or bank immediately.
This company is a total scam!
This whole experience has been terrible. This company is a scam. After waiting over 2 months and contacting them multiple times I received my order yesterday. It was supposed to be a one piece cluster serving tray with a nice finish. What I received was in 3 pieces. It looked nothing like the advertisement. Cheap thin aluminum. The welds were messy and it was spray painted a weird ugly color. I took pictures and sent it to the company and they offered to refund me $4 US! For an item I paid over 60 dollars for.
Do not purchase anything from this company! They will rip you off. I will be contesting this charge with my credit card company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Took me 2 months to get product and it when arrived (after emailing and bugging the company) it is CHEAP TIN and defective. Offered me $7 refund only! SCAM!
I ordered a 9-piece serving bowl…
I ordered a 9-piece serving bowl cluster in “gold”. What showed up a month later from CHINA was a group of mustard colored tin plates! Ridiculous. They offered me “compensation” of $7.
SCAM
SCAM - after waiting 6 weeks, the product arrived and was not what was advertised: 9-Piece Round Serving Bowl Cluster.
Do not order anything from them
Do not order anything from them; I had to threaten to report fraud to finally get my order after 2 months! And it’s made of tin, not glass! Spray painted!
False Advertising - Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company! Do not purchase from them or trust any reviews you see. They falsely advertised an item and then refused to accept a return or offer a full refund. They do not make returns easy as stated on their website. What they consistently told me was that sending it back would be "too expensive." I repeatedly told them I didn't care what the price was to send it back and to send me the return instructions - I wanted their company to pay me back. (It became a matter of principle at this point - the item was not expensive) It came down to them offering a partial refund, which I will not accept. In the end we will dispute the charge - but hopefully people will actually check their Trust Pilot reviews instead of relying on Clear and Clever's (false) claim on their website that they are highly rated (They claim on their website that they have over 15,000 reviews on Trust Pilot and their score is 4.8) and this review helps someone not waste their time.
It’s an SCAM
It’s an SCAM! After the product I ordered finally arrived 1 month later it was a different product than what was shown on the website. After going back and forth with Customer Service a few times they finally offered me an insulting $9 to keep the $80 item as it would cost too much to ship it back to their warehouse in China. I am completely disgusted with their shameful business tactics.
The product was the “Serving Bowl Cluster”.
Horrible- serving platter
I ordered the serving platter. It came broken and not even close to what was advertised. It was also stained and had a very stormy chemical smell. It said shipping was 2 weeks and it took 3 months. Horrible.
would give it a zero if i could
would give it a zero if i could
I ordered an item from Instagram and the picture and what i received are completely different items It is made so cheaply and doesnt match the picture at all. when i complained they offered me 6.00 refund! Not acceptable at all
Never received my product
Never received my product. It’s been more than two months. They sent me tracking numbers that were both different numbers with different itineraries and didn’t match up which means it’s a total scam. Not legit. . Going to be placing a BBB complaint

Stay Away From
They say the company is base in Cleveland Ohio, yet this is a Chinese company. Their website says the trust pilot review rating is 4.7, when it’s actually 1.2. They bill you more than the original invoice stay away from the scam.
